GoogleRenting in a new area to us found a place with kings , Ish Mchemwa guided us through it all brilliantly . Documentation all done online . Quick and easy to follow process . Ish kept us updated all the way ,always pleased to help and not a question he could not answer . Moved in 2 weeks later and his support has continued even after the move . Great guy . I reccomend Kings estate agents to anyone .

GoogleHorrible, horrible estate agents. Avoid at all costs. Monthly checks for our student house, where a young lady called Beth would come around with an unprofessional, rude attitude. Reported her for misconduct and heard nothing back from anyone. So quick to try to find something to charge us for, asked us to take down all posters after living in the house for one month, paid no attention to our broken upstairs toilet (leaving us with one to use between 5 for majority of our 10 month stay). No intention to work with you, only against you! Don’t expect any of your deposits back! Emails about problems with the house will be replied to in a month, but they’ll be sure to chase up rent!

GoogleStay clear. Nothing but stress and very unhelpful. Myself and 3 others lived in a house that had no ceiling and no flooring for 3 months and no back door for 5 months. No security, no action, but all are very good with sending emails to you for collecting rent.

GoogleIf you want to sell your house then look no further than Kings! Thomas and the team were fantastic from the get go. I haven't sold a property for more than 15 years so needed my hand holding a through the process and Thomas was there for me every step of the way. I actually ended up finding my dream home through them too, I couldn't have wished for more from my estate agent!

GoogleWorst experience of our life for renting a property. Absolutely waste of our time and money. Waiting more than 2 weeks ( normally referenceing take 5 days max) for referencing and as keep us on hold and waste our time. At the end they rejected us for a silly reasons. Awful and unfriendly stuff. They never called us for update so we have to chace the matter all the time. The property is still on market after 5 months. They referenced few people at the same time nc take all their money. Not recommended at all.
Dear Raha, it is made clear when securing a lettings property of the criteria you needed to meet in order to pass. Unfortunately you failed on several areas and we can not in good conscience put a tenant that fails referencing into a property for our landlord.

GoogleIf you are looking to rent or purchase a property, I would highly recommend to avoid these cowboys at all costs, If I could give this shoddy business minus 5 stars, I would. Unethical and improper 'estate agents' with NO duty or care for the tenants that reside in there properties. The staff in this branch were unprofessional and uninformed during every interaction I had with them, which unfortunately lasted over the course of a number of months. Kings estate agents are by far the WORST estate agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

GoogleAbsolutely horrendous!! Me and my house mates have been to hell and back with this place. They claim certain things have been done... when they haven’t. They don’t reply to emails and if they do it’s a week or two late. If you call it’s always excuse after excuse. They are quick to get money out of your pocket for waste bins etc and your deposit at the end, but not helpful / there when you need them. Kings is a complete waste of time. They gave us a run down house which was falling apart. We moved out back in March and it’s now almost September. We have had no update, call or email to let us know what is being done about our deposit? We have been patient and waited but have heard nothing. We have tried emailing and contacting them, but they arnt interested. Soon I will be paying a visit myself. Don’t go with this estate agent, it’s awful and you don’t get your deposit back. They are quick to take money from you and the staff are very unorganised. The properties they own are run down, full of mould and disgustingly filthy. Very disappointed!!

GoogleIf I was selling my house I would expect 7 day service. We are looking for a house in the Redcar area and had 2 we wanted to look at on their books. When I enquired if we could see them either Saturday or Sunday I was told 'We dont do weekends. As I work over 50 miles away it would be nearly impossible to travel after work & weekends are the only time we & I suspect 90% of the population can have the time to do anything. Maybe should pull their socks up.

GoogleIn a world of 'dodgy' estate agents it has been a delightful experience to encounter Kings Estate Agency. Through the good advice of Thomas King and the invaluable help of Nathan we have achieved a very good price for our property with absolutely none of the usual problems of half truths and blame which has often occurred in the past. I have no hesitation whatsoever in thoroughly recommending this firm. They deserve to do well and prosper. Greatservice

GoogleI do believe many people are quick to write or tell others of a negative experience and positive feedback is still a working progress. I'd like to compliment you and your team in Hatfield. When we met Jake and booked an appointment to view he was very refreshing, honest and transparent and a can do attitude, very quick to respond and kept to his word on everything, kept us up to date and made the whole transaction very easy, his style was unique and a rarity and the first I have come across in the past 5yrs of renting. He is definitely an asset to your company! Always has a smile, punctual and very friendly and not pushy. Laura who I met when she did the first months visit was a surprise as never had one in the first month however doing one meant as she explained I could point out any issues, not only was she polite and very efficient in resolving issues and making appointments for engineers to carry out the work, she was friendly and empathetic and seemed genuinely interested on how we were settling in and my furry babies! Laura even responds to emails even though the office isn't open which again shows dedication and commitment to her role, which I know can be very stressful ,demanding and tiresome at times. Anyone I have spoken to at the Hatfield office has been a pleasure to deal with, I have never come across a team that works so well together and genuinely seems happy to be at work. You are definitely the best agent we have come across and we will definitely be recommending you to others! I think you should take them all out for a meal for being the best team around!
