GoogleIf your buying with these, they're a nightmare. Calling every day for 3 weeks asking how the buyers for your house are going.....if your selling with these I guess you could say they do their job well. But buying. Ill pretty much call it harassment, threatening to pull the deal if something out of your hands crops up.

GoogleWe recently changed our estate agents to Keenans and they were on the ball with everything. The previous agent wasn't working for us but Keenans gave us confidence again. Everything has gone smoothly and we now have an offer on our house ready for the next step. If you are thinking of changing agents it makes a big difference and Keenans is the one to choose. Andy

Rude, Pushy and Elitist. I have looked at a few properties in their portfolio and I have found the staff extremely rude and they speak to you like you are something they stepped in when you want a little longer than an hour to decide whether you are going to part with hundreds of thousands of pounds.

I have only amazing things to say about Keenans. I went to sell my house and they were on time for the viewing and honest right the way the whole experience. All the staff provided a fantastic service. When I come to sell my house again I would use Keenans. 5*

Despite giving these ‘professionals’ my email and clear instructions on communications they couldn’t organise a viewing on a property in Fence AND when I complained very politely pointing out their failings they simply ignored meThe property seller must be delighted they have these people in their corner Want a good estate agent - consider the alternatives

Would absolutely never use Keenans ever again. They are an agent on behalf of my landlord who are rude, unhelpful, and expensive with lots of hidden fees. All the staff are incompetant and they have made living in my home a hellish experience.

GoogleTotally disappointed with Keenans. Had an offer for the house before Christmas only to find out eight weeks down the line buyer was not proceeding with the house and nobody knew why? Had another viewing and was trying to get an offer for the house for three days by email (I am sure they had mobiles). Had another viewing with the full amount offered only to be told three days down the line the offer had been retracted. Totally fed up and had to keep chasing for information even though at the time of having the house up for sale, I was paying them. If you are thinking of using find someone else!

GoogleI would not recommend keenans or us them again. there service was so disappointing. They did not earn there fee and left us feeling short changed. Dani was fantastic but as soon as we accepted an offer and handed over to kia and Taylor it went down hill fast. Never knowing what was happening and ringing us up to fiqnd out were we were up to. could never get in touch by phone. They left voice message now and again but only told what we allready knew. even our buyer's said they were usless amd informative. There fee was high but there effert and service were very disapointing.

GoogleJohnathon Bury and his team at the Burnley branch have thus far been excellent. I would highly recommend their services. They took care of all of the viewings, but most importantly regularly keep me updated as soon as those viewings had happened and provided feedback. They were very professional and down to earth. My property had only been on the market a small amount of time before sale, they checked out all of the details of the perspective purchaser and came back with a solid and realistic offer. Being happy with the sale of this property I will now be looking for another project and hope to rely on Johnathan and his team to find me a gem.
