GoogleBought my first house with my partner through Keenan's a year ago and can highly recommend them to any first time buyers. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and took the time to explain the whole home buying process step by step whenever we had questions. Sam showed me around the house with my dad and was very professional and knowledgeable , and made sure we knew everything about the house before we left the viewing

GoogleGreat Estate Agents, can't praise these guys enough. We had a number of offers just weeks after I first went to see them. We were selling and looking to buy at the same time. Emily looked after us from day one and walked us through it all. She found us a new family home that we are super happy with! Garden space for the dogs, kids! The house even has an upstairs attic conversion (part of my brief) which works as an ideal playroom! Couldn't be happier, thank you guys!

GoogleI bought my first home with Keenans. I couldn't fault their service, they made veiwing houses easy and worked around my work commitments. When I finally found the house I wanted through a reccomendation they had given me, they where excellent! They really do go above and beyond to do everything possible to secure the deal. At all times I know where I stood, they supplied me with all the information and even booked me in with their mortgage advisor. I would recommend Keenans to everyone, I plan on buying my second home with them too, Thank you.

GoogleSo, what can I say about Keenans Swinton? BRILLIANT! I've been in business for many years, I offer great customer service to my clients, and therefore, expect the same of the people that I choose to do business with. Keenans provide the highest level of relationship based customer service. They don't just cater to your needs, they understand what it is to move from one home to another, they understand the emotional upheaval that can come with this monumental time in ones life. From the outset of the decision to start looking for an estate agent that I could trust to get the job done, I asked friends and relatives for recommendations. I was recommended to Keenans by, of all people, other estate agents! Emma, Brendan and the James's did a fantastic job of negotiating us through the potential pitfalls of buying, and selling, a home. GoogleFantastic service. Dads house was on the market with another agent for 18 months with very little interest. I instructed Keenans and had completed in just over 3 months! Very proactive and were only too happy to help, I even got a gift at Christmas!! A refreshing change to find an agent that genuinely cares and will work that little bit harder. 100% recommended to family and friends. Bravo Keenans!

GoogleKeenan's is the worst estate agents I have ever come across. The staff at the Manchester branch are absolutely appalling, they constantly lied to us, they didn't put in our offers when they said they did. When we finally got a house and our offer was accepted, they still let people view the property and they let other people put higher offers on the house, which lead us to lose the house. When I complained about the way we were treated the staff dismissed everything, when we rang to speak to the manager members of staff kept hanging up the phone. I did not meet one decent member of staff whilst dealing with Keenan's. I advice that if your wanting to buy/rent/sell a house do not go to Keenan's they have no work ethics and only care about themselves, not their clients.

GoogleWe have just completed on our new home and we would like to give a full 5 stars to Keenans. From viewing to completion the guys have been fantastic. We had a few small issues but everything was dealt with absolutely fantastically and I would highly recommend Keenans. Kimberley and Emma from the sales progression team have a great role within the business, constantly being in touch and answering any questions usually within 30 minutes......just what you need. We will recommend our friends 100%!
