GoogleI would have gone out of my mind during a lengthy messy transaction without having Faye Broadley on the end of the phone. Truly appreciated...

GoogleAbsolutely terrible. No urgency in their service at all. I'm in a race against time here to complete before the Stamp duty deadline holiday. Its taken keenans a week just to get give my solicitor the vendors solicitors details (that's after 3 phone calls from me telling them to do so) incompetent to say the least.

GoogleIn the process of looking and buying a house. Viewed different houses with different estate agents. Certainly recommend Keenans and in particular Jack. Extremely friendly, helpful and responds swiftly to any inquiries from us. Many thanks

GoogleThe estate agent handling our first purchase seemed somewhat more interested in dealing with the sellers than ourselves but provided adequate intermediary assistance. However their sign is still outside my house a week after we moved in despite asking them to remove it so...

GoogleIf you are looking to buy property from keenans you better be careful. Get directly contacted with owner otherwise these agents won't do any good Really had a bad experience with Chloe. She even doesn't answer my calls pretends she can't hear me when she can. When i called a different agent he helped alot. But buying property is not easy as old days. You better have a good relation with agents other wise you'll be wondering for houses like a dead soul.
