I found Keenan's to be very professional from the outset. The quality of the photographs online was excellent and James did a good job of the escorted viewings. Aaron and Nicole liaised with me with feedback after every viewing, and after any conversations with the purchaser and solicitors. They also phoned me on a weekly basis so I always felt that I was kept in the loop. I can highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We can not praise the team at Rochdale Keenans enough.Aaron,Nicole and Jameswere professional,courteous and eager to help.Ours wasn't an easy sale and at times we were ready to call it a day.Without the teams encouragement we probably would have.Calls and queries were dealt with promptly,nothing was too much trouble.I would highly recommend the Rochdale team and would have no hesitation using Keenans again.

GoogleAlex Noon at Keenans has always been on the end of the phone sorting anything out that I need. As a landlady, you need to trust that there’s someone experienced and straight talking managing your property and I’m really grateful that Alex is part of the team. Having dealt with Alex for years now, I felt it’s time to add a review and pass on some thanks, so cheers Alex I appreciate all the hard work and fast paced, clear communication.

GoogleKeenans can sell but it isn't sold until it completes and that's the issue. Also, they have a complaints policy they don't follow; best thing to do is not have one if you aren't interested!

GoogleExtremely poor service and very disappointed. I booked a viewing 1 week in advance as i was travelling from West Yorkshire to Burnley to view a property. Even got a call in the morning of the viewing to check i was still attending, which i was. Once i got to the viewing on time with the estate agent, we were told we couldn't enter the property due to the tenant not being aware that a booking was in place? The estate agent didn't try to resolve the issue at all and basically shrugged his shoulders. The whole thing must have lasted about 3 mins and then it was we can't do anything for you.... bye. I had driven a 2 hour round trip to be told this. They knew i was coming all the way from West Yorkshire. Shocking, to say the least! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Moved out of a rental property no communication regards getting my deposit back. Rang up, emailed and eventually got hold of someone Joe who then didn't ring back for 2 days chased them again and said he isn't dealing with it Alison is who never got in touch with me. Would never use Keenans to sell/buy or rent a property again.

GoogleRang up to book a viewing to be told property sold to a cash buyer, that must of fallen through, & then it was reduced. No follow up call etc to say back on the market. It seems these days, cash buyers get priority, not interested if you've to sell a property first!

GoogleTwice I’ve dealt with Keenans, and twice I’ve been left feeling annoyed and angry with them. I viewed a rental a couples of years ago and when I mentioned it needed some decorating (as there were even grey marks on the wall around where the headboards had been) the agent laughed and said no it’s up to a high standard. So I just left. Now I’m looking at buying, I tried to arrange a viewing and a girl just rang and said it’s provisional sold I’m afraid, that’s it, no what are your circumstances? What are you looking for? Just bye.

GoogleFrom the moment I contacted the agency and wanted to make an offer to buy the house, I had the impression that they already knew in advance to whom the house would be sold. I made an opening bid, asking to be let know if someone outbids me. Unfortunatel I was not given the opportunity to raise the offer, I was only informed that it was rejected. This is the first time I have encountered such a terrible estates agency.

GoogleStaff are good and helpful Keenans estate agents in general however are the most expensive estate agents in Burnley Theyr also infamously known to inflate the local market in Burnley and should probably be reported to trading standards
