GoogleThe final stages once price agreed was generally efficient and good responses, prior to this when doing viewings this seemed a bit hit and miss with feedback and pro-activity.

GoogleSince Joe Worthington came on as Head Of Property Management He as been of great assistance to us , we operate a Cleaning company we have been working with Keenans for a while now But for Past 4 months things have became lot easier and well organised since Joe came onboard and i will say it has real been a pleasure working with him

GoogleKeenans have provided me excellent service as a Landlord. They are professional, helpful and ‘down to Earth’. I have had regular dealings with Kam and more recently with Joe. They are throughly reliable, professional and supportive. If any issues arises they are quick to resolve it. In an example from today, when an issue arose, Kam has immediately resolved it and within a matter of minutes. This has been the case on each occasion. This is extremely helpful when such issues arise and I am very grateful for this type of approach. It is commendable and builds long term relationships with confidence.

Keenans have been consistently good performers as letting agents and property managers. I've had very few issues; my property and tenant are well managed, and their processes are relatively stress free. I've recently been working with Joe W on contract renewal. He’s been very efficient and professional.Only room for improvement is updates and follow up. Keenans are excellent at informing you when issues occur and assisting in finding a solution, but sometimes it can take a prompt to find out if there has been progress or if works have been completed. However, when asked, I’ve always had a quick and professional response.

Apparently advised our landlord to keep our deposit as there is an unpaid electric bill. The bill is in dispute with EDF because they haven't been applying money to our account. But they have advised our landlord to keep our money. Sharks! Be very careful.

Emma and the team at Swinton were excellent from start to finish. We had a lot of issues crop up during the purchase of our first home and we genuinely don’t think this purchase would have happened without the effort and dedication from Emma and the team. Our solicitor let us down a lot, but Emma and the team stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure we got our dream home! We found Emma to be extremely knowledgable and she explained everything to us in detail, which was needed given this was our first home. Emma worked tirelessly and answered our queries, no matter what time of day and even stayed late quite often just to make sure things were moving. We were kept updated throughout the process, which we really needed given our Solicitors weren’t that helpful. The client care and pro activity was excellent. We had a loss in the family during the process and Emma was so kind and helpful. We even received some flowers from the team. It was great to know we were in such good hands whilst we were going through such a difficult time.We can’t recommend the team at Keenan’s Swinton enough. Thank you to Matt, who showed us round the house numerous times and even gave us some good tips on DIY! To to all the ladies in the office; Kayleigh, Ellie, Nikki, Georgia thank you for the support it was amazing! You always responded to our queries promptly and were extremely helpful. Finally, thank you to Emma. You are an absolute credit to Keenan’s. We are so happy in our new home and we would not be here without you!
