I had a rental property with Keenans and had to evict the tenant. Patrick Jones was the person that helped me deal with this i could not of done this with out his help. He took over and sorted every thing out for me with out his help i would not of been able to deal with it. He went over and above in his duties i would recommend Keenans estate agents and letting to any one a big thank you to all the team.

GoogleA big thank you to the team at Kennan's for helping us buy our new home. It was a long process, over 10 months, due to the property having some tricky issues. But Kennan's, especially Lorraine, were always there for us. They were super helpful and easy to get in touch with, always answering our calls and emails quickly. We're so thankful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our experience of buying a property through Keenan’s was not good. We recommend that if you use this company, check and double check any information provided and anything you might think has been omitted. Not as trustworthy as they want you to think. We were led to believe that the property we were purchasing was unoccupied and consequently there was no chain. It was only when I complained that I found out that the property was occupied and there was a chain. I had made it clear from the outset that as we were moving from Scotland where the house market is much more efficient we needed a quick move. That did not happen. My calls were not returned by Ella on many occasions and instead I received sloppy texts. We ended up having to stay in temporary accommodation at great expense ta ourselves.
