GoogleFabulous service , Lorraine Kennington Russell was amazing from the start. They say it’s one of the most stressful experiences moving house not saying we didn’t have moments, but Lorraine looked after me right from the start . Highly recommend

GoogleWe purchased through Keenans, having used a different estate agent to sell our home. Our house purchase and upward chain was very complex and there was lots of moving parts. Out of all of it Ella was amazing, providing updates from up the chain, as well as some honest suggestions of what to do. She was proactive, and always took the time to answer the phone. I can honestly say I would have no issues selling though Keenans if Ella is the person on the phone to my buyers.

The estate agents at keenans were incompetent luddites who slowed down our process of buying a house immensely and almsot caused the entire sale to fall through. They took forever to respond to e-mails (if they ever even did), ignored questions and left out key information, delayed passing time sensitive information from the sellers to us, and overally made the experience a nightmare

GoogleLorraine (and the Team) made our purchase (and sale) stress free, and were extremely helpful and professional at all times. Lorraine made sure towards the end of the sale/purchase that she gave us more regular updates and checked in with anything which was outstanding. I'd highly recommend them.

GoogleFor your own sanity… use an alternative service. Ongoing issues for 6 months +. An absolute nightmare. DO NOT USE. *As a tenant in a private rented property, your tenancy agreement (which should be co-signed by you and your landlord before you move in) provides you with several rights: The right to live in a property that's safe and in a good state of repair*

Even when we had buyers agreed and they back out late in the process Lorraine was quick to ensure new buyers where found in order for me to not loose out on the purchase of my new dream home. Would definitely recommend.

Warning for both buyers and sellers - due to how sloppy and blatant liars these folks are, you are due to lose money along the way. We’ve placed an offer for a flat advertised as coming with a storage unit and parking, only to find out after the solicitors started their work that neither are actually included in the lease. We’ve informed them and there was no reply - no apologies, no attempts to renegociate, nothing. We actually had a red flag early on when two of the estate agents confirmed heating in the flat exists and is working, and only after we made it a condition to the offer to admit that they actually do not know if it works at all. Be careful, absolute time wasters

GoogleThe service offered seemed poor at best where it seemed that the negotiator had too many other tasks to deal with rather than keeping the client in the loop with regular updates. There was even a time that the information given a week apart was identical which did not fill me as the client with much confidence. There seemed no sense of urgency or drive from the negotiator which left me for weeks in the dark with little movement on the sale. I often said for a no chain sale to take just short of 6 months to go thru was baffling.

GoogleI purchased a house for sale with Keenan’s. Everyone involved was polite and helpful, returned calls when they said they would and kept me updated. Jack managed my purchase and I cannot fault his service. Never pushy with me and knew where the process was upto and when help from myself with solicitors etc was needed. Would highly recommend (I know you don’t get to choose who you purchase with but if this is the service when buying I’d anticipate equally good service when selling).

GoogleI have nothing negative to say about the service I received from Jack Banks at this Keenans branch. I was buying my first home and he called me very frequently to update me on everything that's happening with the sale. I have no experience with other estate agents as I'm a first time buyer, but I can honestly say the feedback I got from Jack on everything to do with the sale was just what I needed, when I needed it. I felt assured that I could call or email at any time to ask any questions and get a fast response. Got the keys a week ago and I'm very happy. Thank you Jack!
