I’ve recently completing a property purchase through Keenans Accrington, and I can honestly say Isaac made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, and always willing to go out of his way to make me feel comfortable and reassured. Buying a property can be stressful, but Isaac was always on hand to answer questions, keep me updated, and make sure I understood what was happening at each stage. One thing that really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the entire process. He even introduced me to a fantastic mortgage advisor, which made a huge difference and helped everything come together smoothly. His communication was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Thanks to Isaac's support and dedication, what could have been a stressful experience felt straightforward and manageable. A massive thank you to Isaac and the team at Keenans Accrington. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Maintaining regular contact

Keenans recently dealt with the sale of my deceased aunt's house. Nikki Winstanley kept me informed throughout the process and worked relentlessly on behalf of myself and the other 2 executors. Our solicitor was excellent and was ready to exchange very quickly but there were delays in the ealier part of the chain, which Nikki helped progress by communicating effectively with us, our buyers, all solicitors and the other estate agent involved in the chain. I spoke to Nikki regularly where she kept me informed with updates and the actions she was taking with the other parties to move towards completion and resolution of issues earlier in the chain. Thanks go to Nikki for advocating for us at a difficult time and ensuring the sale completed.

The overall experience of Keenans Estate Agent was very positive from the valuation right through to the end. Ella Walmsley from the sale progression team was exemplary throughout. Excellent experience from beginning to end

From the beginning to end Paul and Abbey and Harry Rouine made the process as easy as possible, although selling and buying a house is never easy. Paul was so upbeat he made you believe they could sell the property and he and Abbey worked with us to get a good sale. The viewings were well managed we achieved a sale in about 4 weeks Harry supported us from the moment we had a sale with weekly updates and as we got nearer to completion, the updates were sometimes daily, or even twice daily in the last couple of weeks. He was calm and knowledgable and helped to keep the chain moving by liaising with everyone thank you to everyone and we would not hesitate to recommend Kennans to anyone looking to sell

I used Keenan’s to market and sell a property for me. Nikki, my sells progressor was particularly great. When ever I phoned the office, my calls were always promptly answered and if Nikki wasn’t immediately available, my calls would always be returned. I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the whole process and Nikki kept the pressure on all other parties involved to keep things moving and get to a successful conclusion. Stress Free Rental Management !

18/08/26 20:20 - You know full well I didn’t instruct another estate agent whilst under sole agreement with you. (I’ve sent you the proof now what?) 18/08/26 12:56 - I’m extremely disappointed with how Keenan’s have handled my situation. I was transparent with them when instructing them, yet I am now being told I’m in breach over circumstances they were aware of and had a responsibility to properly check under The Property Ombudsman requirements. I’m currently trying to get this resolved, but I feel other sellers should be aware of the potential consequences before signing with them. Think carefully and make sure they have properly checked everything before you sign.

What an absolute joke of a company

What an absolute joke of a company. We arrived at the property at 11:45. Parked right outside the property. I get out to change my 8 month old babies nappy on the backseat of my car and your appalling estate agent walks straight past us. 2-3 minutes after our viewing time literally for me to change my babies nappy. You are obviously not in the business of selling houses if this is your level of service. I feel sorry for the persons who owns that house if they have entrusted you to sell their house.
