GoogleKeenans Estate Agents were recommended by a friend who had just sold with them. We booked an appointment for a valuation. George arrived on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable about properties and their value. He suggested a price & said he was confident that we would achieve the asking price as there was nothing locally that offered what our property had. We went into their Accrington shop to see if the rest of the staff were as good as George. They were very good so we signed to put our property on the market straight away. A nice young man came to take photos within a few days. We left viewings to their staff. A bloke called Chris showed people round , and then he gave us feedback. Our property sold straightway for the full asking price. We were then transfered to Kieran in the conveyancing team. Keiran rang to introduce himself & he explained that not a lot happens for several weeks, then it was about 6 weeks before we started getting intermittent updates on the sale progress. Around week 9 we received more regular updates . We had left a few messages but didnt not receive call backs. On week 12 there was a miscommunication so we went into the shop to speak to Keiran in person. We were not happy that our calls had not been returned. Keiran apologised & said that he had not received the messages. He went to the trouble of ringing our buyers solicitor and sorting out the issue immediately and managed to secure a promise to exchange contracts that week. We have been very pleased with Keenans estate agents from the first enquiry as to their services to completion on week 14. They are a young , enthusiastic team who certainly know how to sell a property. We would highly recommend Keenans Estate Agent services in Accrinton.

This Is NOT How You Do Business....They Do Not Pay People Who Work On Their Behalf.My Company cleaned several house at the request of Keenans. If they did pay it had to be chased and chased. We completed a £300.00 clean on an absolutely filthy property, again at the request of Keenans, we provided before and after photos and they still have not paid us, they refuse to return our calls and emails, I even contacted one of the Directors, still nothing. Never would i recommend a company that does not pay what it owes people. That is not how business should treat anyone.

Low in honesty and integrity as per review 12 Dec 2023. Really not self aware and manager who deals with complaints is just defensive (and doesn't follow ombudsman code of practice where you should be told how to appeal) Follow up to complaint was ignored so no choice but to refer to ombudsman and ICO. They ignored both of these until money awarded. Then they defended their position. Paid out after being chased as expected.An apology and flowers would have surficed 12 months ago but no....shame it came to this.Edit: keenans's response; great to finish off with their sense of humour out there....lol....

Dennett, as much as we appreciate feedback both good and bad we feel it’s only fair that this feedback is accurate. You have sold multiple properties over the years with ourselves, and have never had an issue until payment of our fee. Our complaints procedure is transparent and has not been an issue for any of the parties you have approached to investigate, all of which we are more than happy to co-operate with. Your eventual downgraded award of a mere £75 was based upon a technicality which after a drawn out process of over 12 months we obliged to pay, to draw a line under the matter, we really do feel it’s time to move on - yet you still wish to continue. We wish you the best of luck in the future sale of any property, but for the best interest of all parties involved sadly we won’t be representing yourself again.

GoogleI got my keys on the 26th of July I was dealing with Ellie and Lorraine Kennington they both was brilliant through out the process kept me into the loop with everything I couldn't ask for anything better everytime I spoke to Lorraine she was always helpful and call me back when I needed to ask question and chased up my conveyancing for me I didn't even need to do anything or call I used to get up date from Lorraine my self keenans is the best estate agents iv ever used thank you to keenans team and big thank you to Lorraine Kennington for giving me the best day off my life

We have been using Keenans Estate Agents to manage our property portfolio for over 12 months now, after receiving a very poor service from our previous agents. So far I can't fault the service. Patrick Jones and his team are efficient, professional and on top of all the needs of my tenants. I am out of the country on a daily basis with my profession, and I find it reassuring to know that I can rely on Patrick and his team to take away the normal day to day pressures of property management. Owning investment properties is a job on its own and using Keenans to manage our portfolio is one of the best decisions I have made.
