GoogleI couldn’t have asked for more, this is a fantastic estate agents. The staff are extremely friendly, especially the stunning lady Cree who dealt with me and delivered exceptional customer service. The office has a professional, yet relaxing vibe to it - just what I needed as looking for a house becomes quite stressful. I would highly recommend this to anyone, the other reviews on here must be some sort of mistake!? Thank you so much Keenans, I will be spreading the word.

They are not well organised and fully trained to do that job. I had few viewing of some properties based at Burnley with them .Finally I liked one of them and was going to rent it. I spoke to KEENANS ESTATE AGENT to sort out that , a lady who’s answered me said “ we need to talk to the landlord and will let you know “ . Although that scenario was a bit ridiculous but I accepted. THEN I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM AND WHENEVER TRYING TO CONTACT THEIR NUMBER NO ONE ANSWER. Poor service!!Do not waste your time with them please.

GoogleAs I was walking through clitheroe looking for an estate agents I came across keenans. So I popped in all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was looking to sell my house and move into the ribble valley. I will only use keenans as they were very up to speed with the information they were giving out on the houses I was looking at. A great help thanks to every one at keenans.

GoogleI bought my house through Keenans Accrington branch and they were fanastic. They didn't only help me through the buying process but because I was a first time buyer they also offered mortgage advice and recommended a solicitor, the purchaser went smoothly and the staff in the office and the sales team couldn't have been more helpful - I would definitely recommend them!

GoogleI just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff at Keenans in selling our loveLy little three bed house in Whalley. We had already been on the market with a different agent with no joy but Keenans not only got a lot of buyers through the door, they were able to bring offers in. From the outset the quality was obvious compared to the competitors. The professional photography made our property stand out on Rightmove and Zoopla. The agents knew our house well and were brilliant at keeping us updated. The stand out service for us was the sales facilitation team and in particular Stacey. They chased up loose ends to make sure the sale completed. Stacey even went the extra mile fixing the lock on our back door! Thank you all!

GoogleI would not use this company, I had a valuation and was constantly pressured. I had letters, phone calls almost weekly even a xmas card it was relentless. I explained as I was on my own I needed time to think about things but it made no difference . I can only describe this company as bullies. I went with a different company and saved over £2000

GoogleKeenans made buying my first house as easy as possible they put me in touch with their financial advisor who was a great help also, they kept me updated every step of the way nothing was ever to much trouble for them. I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property. Thank you to Tanya and Dec for helping me through the process.

Our home was recently destroyed by a flood, so we contacted Keenan's letting agency in Accrington. We were looking to rent a property for our family urgently. Keenan's were extremely professional in their approach and managed to negotiate some very difficult terms within 24 hours, and secure us a property before many other companies had a chance to reply. GoogleDidnt do a good job of selling my house the first time , their answer was reduce the price , but took it off the market for 6 months , put it back on and they sold it within the week without reducing it further which they wanted to do .
