I used Keenan’s to market and sell a property for me. Nikki, my sells progressor was particularly great. When ever I phoned the office, my calls were always promptly answered and if Nikki wasn’t immediately available, my calls would always be returned. I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the whole process and Nikki kept the pressure on all other parties involved to keep things moving and get to a successful conclusion. Excellent experience from beginning to end

From the beginning to end Paul and Abbey and Harry Rouine made the process as easy as possible, although selling and buying a house is never easy. Paul was so upbeat he made you believe they could sell the property and he and Abbey worked with us to get a good sale. The viewings were well managed we achieved a sale in about 4 weeks Harry supported us from the moment we had a sale with weekly updates and as we got nearer to completion, the updates were sometimes daily, or even twice daily in the last couple of weeks. He was calm and knowledgable and helped to keep the chain moving by liaising with everyone thank you to everyone and we would not hesitate to recommend Kennans to anyone looking to sell
