I used Keenan’s to market and sell a property for me. Nikki, my sells progressor was particularly great. When ever I phoned the office, my calls were always promptly answered and if Nikki wasn’t immediately available, my calls would always be returned. I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the whole process and Nikki kept the pressure on all other parties involved to keep things moving and get to a successful conclusion. Excellent work. Well done.

Very good company to deal with. Fantastic communications at every step of the way that kept me informed and updated as to what was going on, and what was needed. Particular shouts to Alicia at the initial marketing and sale stage, and then to Harry who looked after us while the sale was going through to completion. GoogleTop service from Keenan’s through my sale and purchase of property recently. Sam valuing and negotiating the sale was excellent and then the service from Kieran to call me every week without fail to keep me updated….. fantastic. Miannah has also played a huge part in answering questions throughout the process. Overall great service. Would recommend and would use them again. Well done Keenan’s.

GoogleCan't thank Keenans enough and in particular Debbie. We saw a house on the Wednesday and picked up the keys one week later! Debbie was quick to respond to questions and worked with the landlord to ensure a quick handover and move in.

My wife and I live 250 miles from the property we rent out through Keenans. We both work full-time. The last 6 months has been quite frenetic from a landlord perspective as there have been a number of dynamic challenges that have presented themselves for us to navigate. We simply don’t have the capacity to deal with them ourselves and Lucie at Keenans has managed our property, the challenges that have been presented and kept us informed of the process and next-steps along the way. She has kept us up-to-date via phone and email in all things and really made life easy for us! She has given us the confidence we’ve needed that our property is in good hands! From the beginning to end Paul and Abbey and Harry Rouine made the process as easy as possible, although selling and buying a house is never easy. Paul was so upbeat he made you believe they could sell the property and he and Abbey worked with us to get a good sale. The viewings were well managed we achieved a sale in about 4 weeks Harry supported us from the moment we had a sale with weekly updates and as we got nearer to completion, the updates were sometimes daily, or even twice daily in the last couple of weeks. He was calm and knowledgable and helped to keep the chain moving by liaising with everyone thank you to everyone and we would not hesitate to recommend Kennans to anyone looking to sell
