We have a number of properties with various agents across the country, however dealing with Keenans and in particular Lucie from the Burnley branch has been great. Nothing is too much trouble for her, always keeping us informed of any issues with the property, and always happy to help with anything we ask for, communication is excellent especially with me being based at our head office, I know our property is in good hands! Thanks for all you do Lucie its much appreciated.

She kept us informed at every stage, proactively chasing updates and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. When delays arose due to council enquiries further down the chain, Lorraine stayed on top of things and kept all parties aligned toward our completion date.
