GoogleVery happy to recommend Keenans at Clitheroe-We were moving from our family home of 19 years and making a lifestyle change and downsizing. We were reassured from the outset and the team ensured that we got the best price and buyers before then finding us our house. There were several ups and downs over the six month process but the team ensured that the natural bumps were smoothed out. The whole team were excellent but particular mention to Helena at point of valuation who was very supportive, David whilst selling the house who was outstanding and finally Emily and Liam. I know Emily and Liam worked really hard to keep the buying chain complete and showed great professionalism and dedication and weren't shy to push things along with some parties who worked a little slowly-Thanks to you all -Great team , great people who do a great job.

GoogleMy experience with Keenan’s wasn’t great, I bought a house from them but getting information out of them was poor, I never got a call back when I called and actually found out more information myself about the progress of the sale. It seems like they are very busy getting the sales in but lack the customer service skills, which is essential as communication is everything when you are buying/selling your home. I would not recommend them.

GoogleThe company discriminates against people on benefits. People on benefits have to provide a guarantor which is ridiculous and unfair, as most people on benefits are less likely to have that, the rent gets paid the same as if you were working so policy that makes no sense. And the very lovely gentleman slammed the phone down on me when I said I would leave a review. If you don't have a brain cell the last sentence was sarcasm.

GoogleAbsolutely seamless process from start to finish when arranging renting a new property. Quick and efficient and above all friendly and professional. Specific mention to Callum who was my main point of contact and kept me informed at every step of the way leaving me worry free. Additionally Kamil and Katie who I also dealt with during the process. Keenans clearly has a great team of people. I would and will recommend them to anyone looking for an agent. Thank you so much

GoogleAwful to deal with, we purchased our property through them and had nothing but issues, rang every day for a week requesting a second viewing, no response, had to turn up to the house to ask the owner, they hadn't been contacted. Embarrassing customer service and blatant lies, telling us that the previous buyer who dropped out, hadn't had any searches done, and the owner told us he had. Called to tell us we could collect the keys 3 hours after we had been in the house. Just ridiculous

GoogleFantastic experience from start to finish. Rob was friendly, professional and went above and beyond when helping us offer on our first home and made the whole experience stress free. Wouldn’t hesitate using Keenan’s again.
