GoogleWe purchased our first home with Keenans and also sold my parent's property a few months later. I can't honestly say I'm happy with either dealings. The gent that showed us round our new house was a bit arrogant and didn't seem to know what he was talking about in regards to the area. Kieron though, was very helpful and kept us informed with how things were panning out, but that's as good as it got. The valuator that came to my parent's property was friendly enough, but was so quick and wasn't realistic with the valuation. We put it on the market for a lot less than he reckoned and it ended up proving us right in the end. On the day of signing the contracts, I received a phone call from Keenans asking if I'd taken all the carpets up and removed them from the property. This hadn't been mentioned before, but apparently our buyer wouldn't sign unless they were gone. Keenans had zero sympathy and told us we needed to get them removed ASAP. Fast forward to when we put our house on the market, we actually phoned Keenans to come and give us a valuation. Another company came in a week before Keenans could, so we went with them, but were then bombarded with calls nearly every week asking how things were going, which reeks of desperation.NegativeQuality, Value

We can not praise the team at Rochdale Keenans enough.Aaron,Nicole and Jameswere professional,courteous and eager to help.Ours wasn't an easy sale and at times we were ready to call it a day.Without the teams encouragement we probably would have.Calls and queries were dealt with promptly,nothing was too much trouble.I would highly recommend the Rochdale team and would have no hesitation using Keenans again.

GoogleMy experience with keenans was excellent. Ella and Alicia worked very hard to sell my property. It sold within weeks. Communication was excellent. I cannot fault anything, nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend keenans especially Ella Walmsley and Alicia.

Moved out of a rental property no communication regards getting my deposit back. Rang up, emailed and eventually got hold of someone Joe who then didn't ring back for 2 days chased them again and said he isn't dealing with it Alison is who never got in touch with me. Would never use Keenans to sell/buy or rent a property again.

GooglePurchased a house last year in July through them and unable to view it 2nd time, (said owners have corona virus) but after reading reviews here it seems it maybe false excuse, our house was already sold so need it a quick turnaround and it was confirmed sellers will be moving in to a caravan so no delay but it took ages and got pressure from our buyer, very disappointed with this purchase because we paid extra 5k to move quickly.

GoogleWe rented an house off them and they ript us off they said flooring was scratched wen it was all ready like that the house had loads wrong with it they blamed us will never go with them they took 200 pounds out of our bond wen I told them about what was wrong with I wud never rent off them again

GoogleWhen buying our first home we had very little to no communication with our solicitor, but Ella Walmsley kept myself and my partner upto date with everything every week without fail. She was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable and overall just showed she cared and wanted to support us. Everyone we delt with at Keenan's had been super helpful too but Ella went above and beyond and really kept us in the loop

I want to thank the Swinton Branch for their excellent professional service they provided me an my family in selling our late mother's house.Shirley and Simon held our hands throughout the difficult decision to sell, the valuation process, and viewings, we couldn't have got through without your help and guidance.The whole team worked really hard throughout the difficult probate slog. Keyleigh was always on the go arranging viewings, Nicky never gave up through the sale process, always chasing solicitors right up to the completion. GoogleBought a house from them 2 months later still not picked the sold sign up even after emails and phone calls I personally would never use … when I was buying house from them the person I was dealing with would never answer the phone and would never ring back or chaise up question asked

GoogleAn odd estate agent. We viewed several properties with them as first time buyers. Some staff were really lovely, however others unfriendly and rude. One time, we asked if the agent minded us taking a few photos of a house we were viewing with them, the agent said he did mind actually because there were people living there. We respected their privacy obviously and didn’t take any photos but still found it odd considering we would have made an offer and there were photos on their website/rightmove. When we did make an offer, one staff member was rude about the offer we put forward, “you are aware there are multiple offers higher than this already” well no obviously I wouldn’t be aware of that because I’m not an estate agent. Furthermore, they were difficult about arranging viewings outside of work hours. Baffles me that they want people who are high earners qualifying for mortgages but won’t accommodate viewings around working hours. Safe to say we didn’t go with them in the end.

Our experience with Keenans and especially Kim Ormerod has been nothing short of impeccable. We have just signed for a rental property with them and I couldn't have asked for a better person to have dealing with the process. Kim has been so helpful and quick with any and all queries we've had. Kim has been understanding with our work commitments and schedules and has gone the extra mile to accommodate this. I'm excited for our tenancy being under Keenans from the level of professionalism as well as warmth being demonstrated by them. Thank you Keenans, and thank you Kim.
