GoogleElla and her colleagues were always able to assist and answer any questions we raised. Whenever we needed to speak with her or her colleagues we were always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy and any questions or issues were always dealt with either immediately if possible, but if anything more complicated arose they would always go away, find the answers and provide the necessary updates. All in all we were very please with Ella and her colleagues.

She made it really easy for me updated me every week and was so helpful and polite. Couldn’t recommend enough will always use them in the future. Thankyou so much!! GoogleWe are currently selling our house with Keenans. The staff have been absolutely fantastic, very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Johnathon who is always happy to help, explains things well and has had too deal with my phone calls numerous times due to this all being very new to me. I have had the pleasure of dealing with a few members of staff and they have all been lovely. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

GoogleExcellent customer service from Ella Walmsley at the Accrington branch who was with us every step of the way to sale completion. Nothing was too much trouble, she was patient, professional and knowledgable which made all the difference through a stressful process. We would totally recommend Keenans and Ella to anyone. GoogleExcellent service from start to finish, we dealt with Ella mostly and a couple of time Lewis, both very professional, helpful, particularly when we struggled getting solicitors, Ella chased them on several occasions. The house sold quickly and we were kept fully informed of clients going to view. Thank you, would definitely use again and would have no hesitation in recommending.
