Ben at Just Property was wonderful from start to finish. Buying a house for the first time can seem very daunting at first but Ben made the whole process so easy and stressful free! He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood each stage of the process, he was great! I will definitely use them again with my future ventures, I never knew buying property could be so easy! Thank you so much Ben!

TrustpilotHighly recommended
Just Property Hastings took over the sale of my property when I had failed to sell using another agent. I found them to be totally professional, friendly, pro-active and great communicators, regularly updating me with any news. They sold the property very quickly, and kept in touch with both me and my solicitor throughout the process through exchange and completion, always responding quickly to any requests for information or help. All in all one of the smoothest property sale experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend them.

TrustpilotExcellent estate agent to work with
As a buyer I found Just Property to fantastic and professional to work with. I wish all agents were as responsive and as accommodating when looking for a property, others seem to be doing you a favour by setting up a viewing! Just Property were quite the opposite, even in the busy post lockdown housing market in Hastings.Thank you to Issey who set up our viewings and handled our offer process. She was excellent as was Ben who handled the sales process after our offer was accepted and did everything he could to keep things moving along in the couple of months it took to complete, especially in the last couple of frustrating weeks!A great company to work with and highly recommend them whether you are buying or selling. TrustpilotSimply Fantastic Service in every way!
The entire team at Just Property have been amazing from start to finish. Considering the market has seen an explosion of buyers and sellers, and it being so busy for all Estate Agents - we are so happy with the service we have received. A HUGE shout out to Ben Davey who has not only been so professional, but just a jolly nice chap to deal with. He is clearly under pressure but has always dealt with us as we were his only client. If we were in the business....we would poach him for ourselves. Thanks to everyone for helping us buy - we will always highly recommend you guys. Laura & Rory Doyle

TrustpilotJust wonderful..
I couldn't recommend just property enough. Living far away from the house while selling it was not ideal. However, the property was on market, with excellent photos swiftly. They worked perfectly with my tenant for the initial stages and then whilst the house was empty I felt confident they were keeping an eye on it, for me. Communication throughout the sale meant I knew when a viewing was, who was viewing it, their position to buy but also their feedback after viewing it. Amazingly, this excellent service didn't stop as soon as an offer was accepted-as seems to be the norm with other agents. They worked over and above what would be expected, to ensure the sale went through- who knew that faxes still existed and that they could cause so much hassle ;)

TrustpilotHelpful, friendly and informative at every step
I bought a property through Just Property which has now completed and can't do anything but praise them. Right from the get go they were comparably more relaxed during the viewing, where other estate agents I had seemed to just want to tell me about other properties they're selling and make more viewings, Just Property actually allowed me to spend time with just the property I was viewing without being pushy. Very informative and made me actually want to buy the property I came to see. Then when I made the decision to purchass, they were always very quick to respond. I prefer using email as I work long, busy shifts and I found that they always responded to emails within an hour or two. They helped me secure the sale at a good price for myself and the seller and immediately took listings off.During the conveyencing process, my solicitors were a nightmare, very hard to get hold of, very slow, I appreciate that it was a busy period for moving house but they were very frustrating. Fortunately, Ben from Just Property helped push forward the process, always giving me frequent updates and advice. Always answering queries I had almost immediately by email and easy to talk to on the phone too.Overall my experience moving house has been made a lot smoother thanks to the team at Just Property and I would highly recommend them!

GoogleEveryone at Just Property was very friendly and helpful whenever I spoke to them, they listened to me no matter what I had to say. Tom saw the sale of my property through to the end and got involved at every step, it was his hard work that got it through to completion even with lockdown playing a large part in the process! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFantastic Estate Agents, wonderful service. This is the second property they have sold for me this year due to family issues. They have been kind and considerate throughout and the whole process has been quick and easy. At every turn they have kept me informed and updated and made it a pain free experience. Many thanks to all the team. Excellent.
Thanks Louise, we wish you all the best for the future

GoogleThe best estate agency we have ever dealt with. We bought and sold through the new Bexhill branch. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They kept us informed and were both professional and friendly. Ben and Jo replied promptly to all requests for information. We would highly recommend them!
Thank you Emilia, we wish you and the family all the best for the future

GoogleI recently purchased a property through Just Property's Bexhill office & dealt with Partner Ben Davey. Ben was professional & very pro-active throughout the whole process which was challenging to say the least, as we agreed the sale just a few weeks before the Covid-19 Pandemic lock down. When times are challenging a good business will really show it's merits & Just Property has proved to be in my opinion a very good business & Ben a real credit to his company. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleJust Property were the agents for both the house we sold, and the house we bought. They were fantastic from start to finish. Everybody in the Just Property office in Hastings were attentive to any concerns, always supportive, and helpful, for what is a stressful process. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Thank you Richard, we wish you all the best for the future
