After the let down of a sale last year Just Properties, in particular Ben Howell was determined to sell our property come what may. After months of trying success finally came early in 2026 with an exchange in May and completion due early June. Just properties are a great team to deal with and would recommend anyone selling or buying to contact them.

Just Property recently sold our old family home in Broad Oak. All Just staff were excellent but it was Ben from the Fairlight Office who dealt with us throughout who was exceptional. The sale involved land and a house and took some time due to a few hiccups our end but Ben was understanding, patient, and professional. He was always there with advice and support when we needed it and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Ben and the Just team

Ben Howell went above and beyond to sell my property. Despite a buyer backing out at the last minute, Ben maintained his confidence that the property would be sold. He looked after the property which was vacant and would always step in to help organize property maintenance tasks. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking for an excellent estate agent to sell their property.

The selling process was amazing too with Ashley taking up the reins to glide us through the signing contracts. Colin is now helping us with advice on what the next steps are for moving day. We had a really positive experience with Just Property from start to finish. Ashley was excellent at keeping us informed throughout the entire process and regularly updated us on how our sale was progressing, which made everything feel much less stressful. Kyle was also extremely helpful in supporting us at the beginning of our journey to buying our first home and made the process easy to understand. Both Ashley and Kyle were approachable, easy to communicate with, and always replied promptly to any questions we had. The team where great from start to end. They helped with getting a lot of viewings for my property when I was selling and the communication and proactiveness from the team from the very start right up to completion was highly professional. They kept me at ease through the whole process as this was my first time selling a property. I would highly recommend using Just Property for any property needs! Colin and the team at Just Property were excellent dealing with our purchase. We have had a bit of a long process to say the least to get to exchange however that is not down to the control of Just Property. Ashley and then Colin were extremely responsive, always keeping us up to date where new information was available and set realistic expectations. We didn't sell with Just Property as we are relocating from a different area, but rest assured when our time comes to sell again, we will use Just Property.

We've been considering whether we should spend some money improving our house, and whether it was worth it, or if we should just move again, and have been keeping an eye on Right Move for a while. With that in mind, we thought we should get it valued, and didn't hesitate to get in touch with Just Property again after such an excellent service with the sale of our last house and purchase of this one. We were delighted to see Austin on our doorstep once again, as he'd shown us our house originally 6 years ago. It's evident that Austin really enjoys his job; he's enthusiastic and knowledgable, honest, frank and logical with advice, whilst also being personable, and down to earth. We trust and value his opinion, and based on his knowledge of the market, Austin was able to give some excellent insight and advice about where to focus our attention on making improvements, and made us view our property from a different perspective. We're very grateful to Austin for taking the time out of his busy schedule to visit us today, and after some reflection, have decided to stay put for now and invest in making the improvements to increase our home's potential.We really wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just Property to others, and should we decide to move again, we'll most definitely be contacting Austin, and JP, again

Our situation is a bit unique in that I was selling a property on behalf of my late mother and this involved probate being granted. Despite the incredibly tough state of the housing market Just Property managed to find us a first time buyer. In a fairly slow market Just sold my property and more importantly the process after the offer from Ashley was brilliant. He was always responsive even with the constant need to chase the buyers solicitor. He more than earned their fee. Ashley was patient and responsive and I had full faith that he was doing the very best for me and the buyer.
