TrustpilotThanks Ashley
Out of all the people involved in one of the most long-drawn-out transactions I've ever been involved in, Ashley was the only person who actually drove things forward! He really kept on top of everything, always prompt and proactive

TrustpilotGreat team - wouldn't go anywhere else!
From start to finish Just were great. But a special mention to Issey for having our offer accepted and Ashley for the constant updates, advice and applying pressure to all parties solicitors ensuring completion went ahead on the planned day!

Kyle at Just Property was a pleasure to work with in the sale of my home from arranging viewings to finding my buyer to making the sale, he kept me updated throughout and was easy to contact when I need to speak to him. I can highly recommend Kyle and Just Property. Thank you to Austin too who valued my home and got it on the market. X

TrustpilotGreat service and very attentive to details.
Ashley, Jess and Colin and all at Just Property have been nothing short of amazing and kept me well informed the whole way throughout my house purchase, and no matter how anxious I got about it or how many annoying questions I called and emailed them with, they always dealt with me with admirable compassion and took care to explain everything, breaking down the nuts and bolts of the workings of a house chain so I could understand. Thank you so much.

I cannot thank Issey, Austin and the team at Just Property enough. Professional and friendly, fast and efficient - they helped me sell my parents property so quickly. It just took 8 weeks from being put on the market to completion and all done before Christmas! Issey was amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just Property!

TrustpilotHighly Reccomended
Kyle Logan and the team were very efficient and knowledgeable. They gave me good advice and were very approachable. They were very quick to come and value the property and the valuation pack was very professional. The photos were excellent. Kyle kept me informed throughout the process, despite it being Christmas and a holiday period. Kyle was kind and respectful and dealt with any difficulties efficiently. I would highly recommend 'Just Property.'
Thank you very much for your lovely words about Kyle :)

GoogleBen and the whole team at Fairlight helped my recent house purchase to go so smoothly. Communication was excellent and everyone was always professional, obliging, helpful, and friendly. Ben, in particular, was extremely supportive and went out of his way to help. The whole experience was rounded off with a lovely welcome to the village when I collected the keys, along with a bottle of prosecco! Thank you Ben and team, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

Austin was very proactive in matching our buyers to our property and we sold within 10 days of them viewing. From accepting their offer through to buying our new home, again through Just Property, the communication was excellent.

TrustpilotPersonalised Approach
Issey and the team were extremely helpful, supportive and reassuring. Issey was particularly responsive to all of our enquiries. (And even contacted us on one of her non-working days) with news of our exchange date, which was much appreciated.

TrustpilotSo glad we chose Just Property!!
Just Property was recommended to us by friends, and as first-time sellers we had no idea what to expect. From our very first interaction, we felt we were in safe hands. The team guided us through every step of the process, explaining everything clearly and giving us the confidence that our sale was being looked after by true professionals. At no point did we ever feel like just another number.

GoogleWe are so grateful to Ben and the team at Just property for all their efforts and hard work related to our recent move. They were the third agents we signed with and I wish we had signed with them first! The service we received from all of the team was far superior to the other estate agents we dealt with and we wouldn't hesitate to use Just again in the future.

TrustpilotJust Property were an absolute pleasure to work with
Just Property were a pleasure to work with from start to completion. Ashley managed the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home, and navigated all the bumps in the road with clarity and a saint like patience. Regular progress reports and updates, friendly, every question answered in a timely and informative way. Would use them again, but hope we'll never have to! Thanks Just Property for helping us find our dream home! Ib & Silvio

TrustpilotSelling the house remotely for an elderly parent
We were selling the house for an elderly parent after they moved into a nursing home and we didn't live in the area so needed a local agent we could trust. The team at Just Property managed everything for us keeping us informed along the way. They continued to support us through the pause caused by probate after our relative died, and kept prospective buyers aware of the situation whist the property marketing was paused. Then, once we were able to proceed again and had accepted an offer, they assisted us by keeping the sale on track through some unexpected issues which arose during the survey and helped to ensure that the sale progressed through to exchange of contracts. I would definitely recommend this agent based on our experience.

TrustpilotOutstanding service
The staff were very helpful from the moment I stepped into their office. I made an offer on a property and they worked extremely hard to make it happen. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and although they were professional, the person I dealt with had a lovely, caring, sympathetic manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

TrustpilotProfessional and accessible.
I considered several agents before settling with Just Property. This was primarily down to Austin who initially valued. I found him straightforward and realistic. He also took the time to discuss options. Although my sale was a little protracted (no fault of the agent), I then dealt with Colin during progression. I found Colin to be equally straightforward, honest and easy to deal with. He was dynamic in moving things forward and kept in regular contact. Having regular communication from these two partners was reassuring. They were always accessible and I felt their commission rates to be reasonable. Thank you both for your assistance with the sale.

TrustpilotMost helpful and proactive Estate Agency in the area.
When looking to move house, I contacted a number of agents in my local area, but Just Property were by far the most proactive and professional of all the Estate Agents I used. They understood my budget, and the area that I wanted to move to, and never pushed me to see properties that didn’t match my search or budget criteria.
