Highly recommend particularly for first time buyers!

As first time buyers we were quite anxious about the whole process. We have just purchased our first house through Just Property Fairlight branch and it was an absolute breeze! Branch manager Ben Howell went above and beyond to help us and guided us through every stage, always at the end of the phone or email, chasing solicitors and surveyors. Our purchase would have taken much longer had it not been for all of Ben’s work. The admin staff were also extremely friendly and available to answer any queries. We are hugely grateful for all of the work Ben and his team have put in for us over the past few months. Thank you!

Just Property, Its a no-brainer!!

We went with Just Property after being extremely disappointed with another Estate Agent.Ben Howel was our initial contact through the Fairlight branch. Not only did he sell our property he found us the house we've always wanted in the in the area we had our hearts set on! Ben has dealt with every aspect of our sale and purchase personally. Often calling or continuing to pursue an issue or complication after his working day should have been over, Or on his day off!We cant put into words how grateful we are to have had Ben in our corner through this (at times stressful) process. He went above and beyond and we can HIGHLY reccomend him personally and also his team at Just Property Fairlight.

Excellent service throughout the purchase

I have just purchased a flat sold by Just Property. Ben kept me up to date along the way and chased the solicitors when needed. I really appreciated his fast responses to questions and providing a link between myself and the buyer. I was also very impressed with the agent who showed me the property. They were engaged and enthusiastic which is more than I can say for other firms in Hastings. I would recommend using them if you are selling a property as the brochure was also really good. They provide a very professional service.

Buyer's appreciation

I've just bought a house marketed by Just Property. They weren't acting on my behalf but Ben kept in touch with me and provided explanations where required and was diligent in trying to keep things moving when the solicitors appeared to be going slow. It still took an inordinately long time but I appreciated his helpfulness and good humour. My impression was that this was a company which provided good, personal service. If I were selling I would certainly check out their offer.

Not your usual estate agents!!

Not your usual estate agents!!! Me and my husband looked for a property for a while, and our list of things we wanted was never ending. we saw our lovely little property online and 1 email through Rightmove and I had a response. Which was amazing because every other agency I spoke to or email just was so unresponsive and rather then listening to what i wanted just kept pushing me for viewings and get an offer in. Being a first time buyer is scary as well but Just property not only got me the house at the price i wanted to pay, they have stayed with me guiding through the process of what happens next. Ben and Paul have responded to every email and call. They really do go the extra mile. i strongly recommend checking them out if you are looking to buy, and if you do not have your house up for sale with them, DO IT!!!

Even though I decided not to buy in the area...

Dealing with Issey and Hugh was a joy. I got in touch with Just Property after seeing a couple of properties that caught my eye. We had a great experience with Just property, despite unforeseen issues (nothing to do with Just or anyone they recommended - solicitor issues in our chain) they remained professional, friendly with informative communication throughout. A Professional Caring Estate Agrnt

Having used Siobhan and her team for a move back in 2019 I was delighted when I rediscovered them running Just Property in Bexhill Old Town. I therefore had no hesitation in instructing them with regard to the sale of my property in Bexhill. I wasn’t disappointed . From start to finish the service which they provide is professional yet caring and empathetic to their vendor’s views ( and wobbles)!) Unfortunately ( from their point of view ) I have now decided to stay where I am but I am sure that a buyer would have been found in the next couple of weeks and my decision not to move is no reflection on the services provided by Just Property. I have no hesitation in recommending them and in the event that I do decide to move will certainly be instructing them again ( if they will have me!)

This is my 3rd time using Just Property…

This is my 3rd time using Just Property Hastings (once as a buyer, twice as a seller). Each experience has been consistent in terms of quality of service. Compared to other estate agents they excel at good communication, not just with me but with all parties within the property chains I've been involved in. They are proactive and enthusiastic, whilst being straight forward and realistic. I never had to chase for assistance, they were always ready and willing to jump in and get a sale done whilst other parties lost enthusiasm or were chasing their tails. I believe they've gone above and beyond each time I've worked with them. Special thanks to Jim Philcox. Most other estate agents would really need to raise their game to match Just's. Best Estate Agents in Hastings

I interviewed three estate agents when I was putting my property on the market and Kyle from Just Property was head and shoulders above the rest. He gave me a good honest opinion and promised the kind of service I was looking for at a competitive price. Top quality marketing led to a sale within a very short space of time, but not only that, it was at a price of £10k more than I was hoping for. During the conveyancing process they went above and beyond in dealing with a difficult and pompous buyers solicitor, with Jim providing a solution to a ridiculous non issue with the help and support of his network of contacts.If you're looking to sell a property in Hastings it's a no brainer. Go and see the guys at Just Property. They certainly delivered on their promise to me. Oh and thanks to Tom in the office as well for all your help.

An Estate Agent who actually does what they say they will do !

This company is not like any other Estate Agent. They actually care about achieving the very best for you, from the moment you make contact with them. Colin assured me from the start that his team would do the best for me, my parents, and the selling of their property. So when the lovely Charles came to value the property, I could sense the integrity of this company. All conversations and dealings with the team including Issey, Tom, Ben, Paul and Austen, were very warm and friendly, yet always professional. There was a difficult complication in the chain which was in fact out of the control of Just Property, and yet Jim (perhaps …... Bond !) made it his 'mission' to relentlessly communicate with all parties agents and solicitors to ensure that a smooth and effective result was achieved. I have bought and sold about 12 properties in my time, and have never seen anyone operate quite like this. He is like that dog with a bone ! and he won't let go until its sorted. This proved essential in fact in our case to secure the deal. I would recommend this company 100% to sell or buy from, and they are such nice people to deal with that I feel I made new friends too. Just Property Estate Agents were truly brilliant

Just Property Estate Agents we’re truly brilliant! They dealt with the sale of my property with absolute professionalism. Issey and the rest of the guys were absolutely superb. From the point of the sale being agreed Jim took over and dealt with things so smoothly I felt at ease with the whole process. No stress at all!! One of the conditions of the sale was that my garden pond had to be clear of fish as the buyers has a cat. Jim and Issey came to my property one evening after work and ‘fishgate’ took place. Jim was in the pond with my son catching fish which Issey then re-housed and apparently the fish are loving their new home. Thank you guys, it has been a pleasure from start to finish!! Definitely above and beyond the course of duty for ANY estate agent!!

Home at last
