Just Property Estate Agency surpassed all expectations

Quite frankly, I can only describe the team at Just Property, as outstanding, exceptionally, professional and definitely the best Estate Agency to represent you. Whether buying or selling, you will get a professional, individual service from these guys. Their efficiency is second to none.If it were possible to rate above 5 stars, I would without reservation award that to Just Property Estate Agency. From my first viewing, to being able to make an offer on my dream property I was made to feel that I was receiving an individual service. All members of the team were familiar with me and the property that I was buying. Ben, from the Fairlight Branch, established a rapport with me of mutual trust and understanding for an efficient and expedient sale of the property I was buying. He was able to ensure that he kept the vendor’s best interest as the core, while maintaining regular contact with me and supporting me through every step of the process. When the sale was stalling, Ben took control and was able to get all the professionals involved back on track. I absolutely cannot thank him enough. When Ben was absent from work, he handed the sale over to Jim, Bexhill Branch, to take the sale through to completion. Jim’s tenacity and involvement continued in the same vain. I can only conclude that this level of commitment is part of the Just Property ethos. If you are considering selling your property, you need look no further than Just Property Estate Agent, they really have set the bar. I recommend these guys unreservedly.Eulett Tulloch-Foley

Warm belated thanks :)

A huge belated thanks to the whole varied and fantastic team at Just Property for helping us out just so much on our search for our first house in Hastings. Not only were they always friendly and professional, and super patient as we worked out exactly what we wanted, but they really gave the whole experience a personal touch, rather than making us feel like just another number in terms of people buying & selling houses. Particular thanks to Ben for helping to steer us through the final stages of the purchase which was a particularly tough, stressful time for us to due to a family illness and bereavement. But we really appreciate the part that the whole team played in the house hunting process. We really couldn’t recommend the company highly enough...

The originals and the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently sold my property through JP. No other agent in town has the experience and unrivalled knowledge behind them that this team does, which will make a HUGE difference when your sale or purchase becomes (beyond) a headache.Jim went way above and beyond to put my mind at ease during the most stressful times with his patience and reassurance - even taking calls when on “holiday”. An understanding there is so much more involved in the process than commission, and genuine care and appreciation that peoples entire lives are on the line. Don’t trust anyone else with your future.Just wish I was buying so I had got a just in case box too! Thank you.

Excellent service

All the staff I dealt with were helpful and professional, once my offer was accepted Ben Davey was responsible, all through he kept me up to date with at least one e mail per week and others as required. He was of great assistance when I could not collect the keys on completion and liaised with a friend to enable him to collect on my behalf.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any future buyers or vendors.

Brilliant estate agents

Brilliant estate agents. Everything was dealt with professionally and to a high standard, but I was also left thinking that the team were a genuinely good bunch. While I was away they even helped me with meter readings and putting out the recycling before viewers arrived. No job seemed too small, and they were also happy to provide good advice, which was really reassuring for me as this was my first time selling my home. Would highly recommend Just Property 10/10.

Best Estate Agents Ever!

I have today exchanged contracts and am looking forward to moving house next week. This is the second time I have used Just Property and because I had such a fantastic experience with them last time, they were my first and only choice of estate agents to use when selling my home this time. They are professional but with a personal touch, they have fantastic knowledge of all the local areas and are always happy to help and offer advice. All of the team at Just Property are friendly and helpful, but Ben Davey has been exceptional! He has gone above & beyond to progress my sale, keeping me constantly updated and reassured, he was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Just Property to anybody local, or anybody from further afield who is looking to relocate here as I did, as they are, without question, the best. Thank you to Ben & all the team at JP!!!!

Best in town ...

Just Property are the agents we had to go through to purchase our apartment. A very good team who were all very professional and helpful every step of the way. I especially like to thank Paul who after a long drawn out period of stalling from our buyers came to our rescue, negotiating with all parties concerned to ensure we got to a speedy completion. He kept in regular contact keeping us up to date as to what was happening. I highly recommend JP whether your buying or selling a property and I definitely would not hesitate to use them again.

Best agents in town!

After speaking to multiple agents in our local area we decided on Just Property to market our house. From the outset, the team at 'JP' made us feel at ease, put together an attractive brochure with great photography and very quickly arranged a buyer for our property. Unfortunately, it took us a while to find a property to suit our family. Paul and Ben were very supportive and put us under no pressure at all to progress the sale. Once we did finally find a property the team worked hard on our behalf to progress the purchase. I would without hesitation use JP again and recommend them to anybody looking to sell or purchase a property.

The best estate agents

We came to use Just Property on our recent sale as we were so impressed by our previous purchase with them, that as soon as we wanted to sell again there was no question that we would instruct them.Every member of the team is polite, professional and go above and beyond to be helpful.Ben Davey is a star and even when dealing with difficult situations he is always there to sort things out, I have no doubt we would not be in our lovely new home now if it wasn’t for himThank you Just Property team

The best estate agent in Hastings on all counts!

From the point of valuation right through to completion, all of the staff at JP were professional, courteous and enthusiastic. During the process of buying and selling houses, we had numerous dealings with other agents and it is quite shocking how bad some are! Calls not returned, appointments not confirmed and emails not answered etc. JP returned all of our calls and emails in a very timely manner and were always there when we needed them. Their fees were in line with other agents and in some cases cheaper! All agents will come across positively at the time of valuation but it’s what happens afterwards that’s really important.Well done to everyone at JP (especially Ben) and no doubt our paths will cross again in the future.

High level of customer service - would recommend !

I recommend this company for their high level of customer service. I was acting as executor for the sale of my late father's property. The timescales were lengthy and the chain complicated but Ben 'stuck with it' and we got there in the end. Ben kept me up to date with proceedings on a regular basis and I was never left wondering what was going on. The staff were always polite, respectful and professional and I would have no hesitation in instructing 'Just Property' should I consider selling my own house in the future. Thank you all for your help at what was a difficult and emotional time in my life. Great job!

Absolutely Wonderful Estate Agents

Absolutely wonderful Estate Agents ! We bought through Just Property & experienced an excellent service all round. Ben is very experienced, calm & level headed & kept us updated every step of the way. When it came to exchange & things were getting a bit tense & not quite going to plan .. he stepped in, took the lead & both our sale and our purchase through. Highly recommended & IF we ever sold again .. would definitely use ! It pays to have experienced individuals on your side.

Cracking Estate Agency! 10/10 recommendation !!

I have found Ben, Austin, Paul and the team to be very helpful and insightful in buying my flat in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex. They are efficient and professional, whilst maintaining a calm when we all panic (apparently buying a flat/property can be stressful!).They chased up relevant solicitors, maintained excellent contact with both parties when there appeared to be delays with documentation.I would thoroughly recommend Just Property to anyone who wants a small, local business to sell/buy your property. 10/10 for professional, smart and property wise agents. One of the best I ave dealt with so far in my property purchases over the years!

the best house sale experience

I have, as a result of my work, lived in a wide of places including two overseas countries. As a result, I have used a lot of Estate Agents.. I can honestly say that I have never, anywhere, had such a good experience in selling my house as I have with Just Property. Colin Siggs and his team worked so hard to ensure that everything went through and reached my desired completion/moving day. Colin was one of many estate agents involved in a 5 party chain, but was the only one who was. on a daily basis, proactive in pushing the chain to reach the desired outcome for all those involved.. I can't praise or thank Just Property highly enough. What is a stressful and uncertain time was made as smooth as could be achieved by their hard work and tenacious attention to detail throughout. Colin made sure I was kept up to date throughout the period and remained calm and friendly and informative. The only estate agent to use!

Excellent Service

Kyle Logan and the team were very efficient and knowledgeable. They gave me good advice and were very approachable. They were very quick to come and value and get the details of my property, and the valuation pack was very professional. The photos were excellent. Kyle kept me informed throughout the process, despite it being Christmas and a holiday period. Kyle was kind and respectful and dealt with all difficulties efficiently. I would highly recommend 'Just Property.'

Buying and Selling a property in Hastings

Just been through buying / selling in Hastings and came across many of the agents in the town but I would rate Just Property as the BEST. Marketing was excellent.Communication for viewings to sell and to buy was clear .Feedback updates available. To view properties were always punctual. Their advice and support for the pitfalls and handling of the rollercoaster that is moving house in the UK was offered with years of experience and knowledge. A great team who all communicate well with each other which I rate as essential in this market. I would only recommend Just Property in Hastings / St Leonards

All the staff and that means all

All the staff and that means all, as they were all involved in selling our property at some stage or other. Colin and Ben were just brilliant. Staff were all professional, friendly and helpful, in constant contact at all times. We had 7 viewings within days of putting our property with Just Property, 3 offers all in good positions, we didn’t except as still unable to find somewhere to buy. January we had a buyer in a very good position but after 5 months we decided to re market as taking to long finance issues. Colin put our property back on the market on a Friday, had 2 viewings on the Monday was offered the full asking price. This purchaser in good position with a first time buyer in place. Unfortunately this turned out to untrue. Colin was now having to deal with our purchasers incompetent agent and solicitor. Colin also liaising with Mark agent above in the chain to keep the chain on tract. This has been quite a stressful process but Colin never gave up.It had taken Colin 8 months of constant calls and emails to our purchasers agent to finally get to exchange. We finally moved into our Hythe property from Broad Oak Rye on the 20th November. We used Hastings office, our purchaser went through Fairlight office. If you want professional and great service you cannot beat Just Property. I cannot thank you enough, to all the teams for helping us finally move.THANK YOU AND BRILLIANT COLIN FOR FINALLY GETTING US TO HYTHE.

Brilliant Brillaint Brilliant

My apologies to Just Property for late review due to no internet. We moved into our property in Bexhill on the 23.11.17 and could not be happier. A big thank you to Ben Davey and his team for all the help and support through our very stressful time, They always responded to emails and calls, always on hand to answer any questions or concerns however trivial. I would definitely recommend Just Property not just because they are such a professional company but as individuals they care for all their clients. I must say I was very impressed when I got several follow up calls and a visit from Austin after we moved in. .If I ever need to sell or purchase a property they would be my number one agent. Many thanks to you all :)

My second time using Just Property!

My second time using Just Property in a recent move in October. My point of contact was Austin who took his time to talk through the whole process with me and followed up with regular updates keeping me informed as the sale progressed. I’m not intending to move again, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to call Just Property and use their services again. I can highly recommend Austin and the team at Just Property if you’re looking for an estate agent to sell your home.

The best in town

Just Property have been nothing but helpful and professional throughout our journey in trying to find our next family home. Whilst other agents have lost interest in trying to help us or just plain weren’t listening to what we wanted; Just Property never gave up and they found us a real gem of a house we will soon be able to call our home. We can’t thank you guys enough especially Paul and look forward to picking the keys up soon 😃🏡🔑

The best team in town

Quiet simply put, they are the best estate agents in town. They took all away all of the stress of moving. With the motto of quality not quantity when selling your home, it gives you a real personal touch. From the moment I contacted the office with intentions to sell, it was an absolute pleasure. Meeting with Austin and Kyle to arrange valuations and photos (which made my house look so good, I wanted to buy it again) was a delight, and dealing with Paul and his team you realise how passionate they are for their profession. They were the agents for both our purchase and sale and throughout the whole process, queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently, as well as making sure we, and the rest of the chain, were kept up to date throughout the whole process. The hamper on completion was a lovely touch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. A big thanks to the Just Property team! Scott & Kayleigh

Proactive, realistic, honest team I'd work with again.

I worked with Austin and the team earlier this year. I found them to be organised, punctual and efficient agents. On the one occasion we misunderstood one another it was resolved in conversation and we moved forward quickly. The market was a bit tricky and the house idiosyncratic but Austin was helpful and available to discuss the property and a sale strategy whenever I needed. We were given consistent, practical advice and helped to remarket the house to get fair value rather than discount for a quick sale. I would have no reservations in recommending Austin and the team at Just.
