the best house sale experience

I have, as a result of my work, lived in a wide of places including two overseas countries. As a result, I have used a lot of Estate Agents.. I can honestly say that I have never, anywhere, had such a good experience in selling my house as I have with Just Property. Colin Siggs and his team worked so hard to ensure that everything went through and reached my desired completion/moving day. Colin was one of many estate agents involved in a 5 party chain, but was the only one who was. on a daily basis, proactive in pushing the chain to reach the desired outcome for all those involved.. I can't praise or thank Just Property highly enough. What is a stressful and uncertain time was made as smooth as could be achieved by their hard work and tenacious attention to detail throughout. Colin made sure I was kept up to date throughout the period and remained calm and friendly and informative.The only estate agent to use!

Excellent Service

Kyle Logan and the team were very efficient and knowledgeable. They gave me good advice and were very approachable. They were very quick to come and value and get the details of my property, and the valuation pack was very professional. The photos were excellent. Kyle kept me informed throughout the process, despite it being Christmas and a holiday period. Kyle was kind and respectful and dealt with all difficulties efficiently. I would highly recommend 'Just Property.'

Buying and Selling a property in Hastings

Just been through buying / selling in Hastings and came across many of the agents in the town but I would rate Just Property as the BEST. Marketing was excellent.Communication for viewings to sell and to buy was clear .Feedback updates available. To view properties were always punctual. Their advice and support for the pitfalls and handling of the rollercoaster that is moving house in the UK was offered with years of experience and knowledge. A great team who all communicate well with each other which I rate as essential in this market. I would only recommend Just Property in Hastings / St Leonards

Brilliant Brillaint Brilliant

My apologies to Just Property for late review due to no internet.We moved into our property in Bexhill on the 23.11.17 and could not be happier. A big thank you to Ben Davey and his team for all the help and support through our very stressful time, They always responded to emails and calls, always on hand to answer any questions or concerns however trivial. I would definitely recommend Just Property not just because they are such a professional company but as individuals they care for all their clients. I must say I was very impressed when I got several follow up calls and a visit from Austin after we moved in. .If I ever need to sell or purchase a property they would be my number one agent. All the staff and that means all, as they were all involved in selling our property at some stage or other. Colin and Ben were just brilliant. Staff were all professional, friendly and helpful, in constant contact at all times. We had 7 viewings within days of putting our property with Just Property, 3 offers all in good positions, we didn’t except as still unable to find somewhere to buy. January we had a buyer in a very good position but after 5 months we decided to re market as taking to long finance issues. Colin put our property back on the market on a Friday, had 2 viewings on the Monday was offered the full asking price. This purchaser in good position with a first time buyer in place. Unfortunately this turned out to untrue. Colin was now having to deal with our purchasers incompetent agent and solicitor. Colin also liaising with Mark agent above in the chain to keep the chain on tract. This has been quite a stressful process but Colin never gave up.It had taken Colin 8 months of constant calls and emails to our purchasers agent to finally get to exchange. We finally moved into our Hythe property from Broad Oak Rye on the 20th November. We used Hastings office, our purchaser went through Fairlight office. If you want professional and great service you cannot beat Just Property. I cannot thank you enough, to all the teams for helping us finally move.THANK YOU AND BRILLIANT COLIN FOR FINALLY GETTING US TO HYTHE.

The best team in town

Quiet simply put, they are the best estate agents in town. They took all away all of the stress of moving. With the motto of quality not quantity when selling your home, it gives you a real personal touch. From the moment I contacted the office with intentions to sell, it was an absolute pleasure. Meeting with Austin and Kyle to arrange valuations and photos (which made my house look so good, I wanted to buy it again) was a delight, and dealing with Paul and his team you realise how passionate they are for their profession. They were the agents for both our purchase and sale and throughout the whole process, queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently, as well as making sure we, and the rest of the chain, were kept up to date throughout the whole process. Proactive, realistic, honest team I'd work with again.

I worked with Austin and the team earlier this year. I found them to be organised, punctual and efficient agents. On the one occasion we misunderstood one another it was resolved in conversation and we moved forward quickly. The market was a bit tricky and the house idiosyncratic but Austin was helpful and available to discuss the property and a sale strategy whenever I needed. We were given consistent, practical advice and helped to remarket the house to get fair value rather than discount for a quick sale. I would have no reservations in recommending Austin and the team at Just.

"Just Property" are AMAZING

"Just Property" are AMAZING. From the first valuation through to completion of the sale they provided excellent advice and expert knowledge of the local market.It was a long journey for me from the first valuation, to having to evict some nightmare tenants, to renovating the property, then finally putting it on the market... all whilst living abroad. Just Property (particularly Austin) stuck with me, coming back on 3 different occasions to re-value the property during the course of the renovations and giving me sound advice on what *really* needed to be done and what was likely to be a waste of money... When I finally came to sell, they were very efficient. Every time I had a viewing, they notified me by email and then followed up with feedback from the potential purchasers. I always knew what was going on, which was great as I can be a bit of a control freak! They really did go the extra mile for me. Selling (and buying) a house can be fraught with complications (especially when you live abroad) but "Just Property" made it as easy as possible. Oh... and in case you were wondering, they got me a great price too.

Paul Rendle was professional and supportive at all times whilst we recently purchased a property through Just. He stayed on top of issues that were raised through the process and made sure we were kept up to speed with progress, even when sometimes there was no progress. I have had such a positive experience …

I have had such a positive experience selling my house through Just Property. They have been so professional, thorough and thoughtful. Just Excellent!

I have absolutely no hesitation in giving Just Property 5 stars. I got a taste of their professionalism 12 years ago when i bought my first house and thought i would go back this time round. I sold and bought with them at the start of this year (2016) and felt all the way through the process that i was supported, listened to and treated like a friend. I particularly have to say how fantastic Paul Rendle was throughout, he was always on the end of the phone if i needed help/support/advice at any point. Towards the end of purchasing my property it got a little stressful, but i will say that Paul was superb in chasing up solicitors/mortgage brokers/banks in making sure my purchase could go ahead before my mortgage offer ran out! He was instrumental in closing the sale, taking away the stress and worry of buying, but more importantly making sure i could start a home with my children after such a long wait. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Just Property again.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in giving a 5 star rating for Just Property. My friends bought through them in December 2016 & highly recommended their professional service, I've received the same treatment & would go further as Ben Davey ( who I dealt with mainly ) was able to use his considerable contacts to ensure we met the 30 day deadline given by the seller, amazing!I've spoken with various members of the team & messages have been passed on & emails replied to should Ben have been out of the office. I was kept in the loop by my solicitor as you'd expect, but on occasion, Ben was the first to inform me of progress, he's seriously good!Honestly, you won't do better

From the first estate agents valuation visits it was not hard to make the decision of which agency to choose. I have recently brought via Just Property in Fairlight, Ben was my main point of contact, and he was amazing during one of the most stressful sales ( of me selling my own flat to purchase the Fairlight house) the whole process took 5 months but Ben kept the sale going and was constantly updating me and the owner of the property I was buying.
