Just the best…

I think it’s probably rather unusual to write a review for a sale that actually unfortunately fell through just before exchange. However, I have to tell you how absolutely amazing Siobhan is in every way…guiding me to the right price for my flat… the sealed bid stage..keeping me updated… right the way through to “almost” exchange. She couldn’t have done more, this was through no fault of hers or mine… as a BTL landlord she really is an exemplary and very caring agent, honest, straightforward, knowledgeable and brilliant at what she does..don’t hesitate to use her…she’s the absolute best.

The most awake agents in Old Town Hastings

Just Properties were second to none in helping us to find our home in Hastings. They kept us informed of properties new to the market, and were very flexible in arranging viewings at very short notice. JP are very proactive compared with other agents in the area and we recommend their services wholeheartedly. A special thank you must go to Issey Siggs who worked tirelessly on our behalf.

Just Property Bexhill - Just Amazing!!

I have sold my property through Just Property in Bexhill on Sea. I cant praise them enough. They are simply amazing. When Siobhan came and valued the property she gave me alot of confidence and comfort. She has a wealth of experience and a wonderful can-do attitude. I cant thank Siobhan, Tina, David and the team in Bexhill enough for all their help and support. The Just Property team are great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a property in the area. "Just Property are Just Amazing"

What an amazing team they have at the Bexhill office of Just Property. I would never use anyone else, in fact I have followed Siobhan and Tina around Bexhill as they are the best estate agents around. They are so professional and with you every step of the way and work so well as a team. They are always on hand to answer any questions and very honest and trustworthy. Phoebe is also a great asset to the Bexhill team, very polite and personable and will go far if she learns from the very best. Thank you so much.

Ben at the Fairlight Office for Just Property was nothing short of brilliant! He single handily made sure our complicated chain exchanged; with a persistence and patience that is very rare. I cannot thank him and his team enough. He wasn’t selling our property, but dealing with the sale of the one we were buying. I think we came across just about every problem along the way, but Ben either solved it or managed to push it all through. He gave us regular updates and informed us of progress in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Just Property for all your sales or buying needs, if this is anything to go by, an excellent service!!

Amazing staff at Just Property Bexhill

We recently sold our house through Just Property at Bexhill. Siobhsn came and took photos and guided us through the selling process. After one day she sold our house to a lovely couple. Throughout the whole time Siobhan and Tina kept us up to date what was going on with our sale. Both were very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel very special. They also took away any stress we had along the way. We would 100% recommend Siobhan and Tina Just Property Bexhill if you are thinking of selling your property 😊

Painfree sale

We had a personal recommendation for the Bexhill office of Just Properties and were a little nervous as had not used them before. In fact we haven't sold property for twenty plus years. However we needn't have worried having dropped in to the Bexhill office David Gregg was approachable and friendly and put me at ease . He was one of 4 estate agents to value the property and provide dthe highest valuation . He was also the most enthusiastic . Having signed and agreed with them to sell . He took photos arranged EPC ( at no upfront cost) and provided a draft copy of details .within the week .Within another week there had abeen a series of viewings which we kept informed of and a an offer of £5000 over the asking price which was much higher than the other valuations . Since then we have had regular contact with both Siobahn and Tina in the office who progressed the sale through to completion making selling a painfree and elmost pleasurable experience

Highly recommended!

Just Property were recommended to me by 2 people so I didn't hesitate to contact them. I live in France so had to leave my property completely in their hands. I am very impressed with their service. Siobhan was my main contact in the Bexhill office and I was constantly keeping me updated with progress both by email and phone from start to finish. Tina was also brilliant. I would highly recommend Just Property if you are considering selling your property!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

One of the best experiences we've had in selling a property (& we've sold 8 properties over our lifetime). Our dealings with Colin, Issey & Austin were always professional, yet relaxed & friendly. In particular, I appreciated not just 'being a number' when phoning the Hastings office or calling in person. We exchanged within 4 weeks of putting our property on the market which is a remarkable achievement.

Outstanding Estate Agents

An outstanding and professional team who come HIGHLY recommended. Consistently helpful, polite and proactive. The Sales team did a great job of marketing our property and finding the right buyer. However, it was the Sales Progressor Ashley who ensured all parties in the chain were communicating and ultimately made it all happen. Huge thank you to all at Just Property. You’ve restored our faith in Estate Agents! Thank you again.

Recent property sale

This is the third time I’ve used Just Property to sell my property. They are very efficient keeping clients informed of all developments and are proactive to keep the purchase/sale on track. My last sale was particularly challenging with the buyers solicitor sadly lacking in enthusiasm, efficiency and empathy for their own client (let alone me). Thankfully Colin at Just Property sucked it in and used his best endeavours to orchestrate a satisfactory outcome ie a sale. I would thoroughly recommend using them, they have the patience of a saint. Five stars.
