TrustpilotJust Properties has everything that is required with an Estate Agent…
Just Properties is everything that is required in an estate agent - from the initial property valuation, marketing and viewing. They kept me informed at all times, especially when the property was under offer and chased up when required on all parties concerned with the sale. If I was selling again in Bexhill I would definitely use them again. Special thanks to Siobhan, Issey and Colin.

Just Property have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, I picked up a sale that had previously fallen through and managed to tie it up with my sale in less than 3 weeks, when it got stressful Jim was excellent at calming me down with his patient and soothing manner! Special thanks also to Issey and Colin , who definitely go the extra mile I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Thank you Tina!

TrustpilotBest estate agent by a mile
We had a bit of a nightmare with an estate agent, felt like we were not being listened to. Then went with just property who we brought and sold our first house. What a difference. Every step of the way felt like a valued customer and they were just amazing at handling our property. Very professional but above all very personable. They made us feel like we were in control and also gave us some amazing advice. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I just wished we went with them in the first place to save us the hassle we went through prior. A lesson learned. But what a brilliant team, even the colleagues which were not dealing with our house, knew what was happening with it and was also able to help, so we were not left for days wondering what was happening. So from us thank you to all the team at just property, you rock!!!!!

TrustpilotJust Property are a great estate agency
I would not hesitate in recommending Just Property to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. The level of service I received as a Buyer was more than what you would normally receive from your average estate agent. Colin Siggs from Just Property has been excellent. A professional throughout. He listened and acted to suggestions as well as providing great advice and support. He was always available when I needed help and I am very aware that without his help my purchase would have become protracted or perhaps even fallen through. Thank you so much Colin.

TrustpilotA very positive experience thanks to Kyle Logan
I have both sold and bought through Just Property on this occasion.Kyle Logan has handled both transactions and has been at all times efficient, polite, helpful, appropriately humorous and encouraging. He kept me informed of progress and it was always easy to get in touch. This sale and purchase was difficult because of factors outside Just Property's control and mine, but Kyle was determined to see it through and did everything in his power to help it all happen.

TrustpilotExcellent estate agent
I purchased through just property in Hastings. After a very long, difficult and protracted sale I finally exchanged, but I’m sure it wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for the amazing team at Just property who worked tirelessly to ensure that the sale went through.Their communication was excellent and they went the extra mile where I’m sure many other agents wouldn’t.Special thanks to Jim ,who kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Thank you so much for your kind words :)

TrustpilotThe VERY BEST in Estate Agents
I had a very tricky sale that was managed expertly by Colin Siggs. Without his input, dogged determination and expertise the sale would have collapsed. There is no better estate agent in Hastings and St Leonard’s and if you are going to sell a property he and Just Property should be your go too

TrustpilotA quality agent
Graham, Liam, Issey and Tom were all very helpful and they helped to make the sale process smooth and worry free. The sales market was very strong so I sold my house very quickly, but I got the impression that even if the market was slow that Just Property would have been the right agent to go with. A good quality service.
Thank you for sharing your experience :)

This was our third time using Just Property and having used them as both sellers and buyers, we wouldn't go anywhere else. This one was a difficult, very long winded sale due to some difficult personal circumstances and they made it as easy as was possible, and were always in frequent contact. Thanks so much!

TrustpilotIncredible Advice Whether Buying or Selling
Austin and Shannon were incredibly helpful and detailed in what we need to do with our house in order to get the best sale price. They told us where to spend a little and improve areas of the house and garden that would give us a great return on the small improvements, and also advised us that some of the work we thought would be necessary wouldn't actually improve the price or sale ability and therefore would not be worth doing. When looking at houses to buy, Austin even arranged for an architect to help us evaluate whether a we could add to a prospective house in order to create an accessible annex for my mother in law - amazing service that I haven't come across elsewhere. Highly recommend whether you're buying or selling.

This was the Estate agent for sellers but Colin was more than helpful to us in chasing up all participants in our purchase of the property when things were getting tardy. Done with speed and good humour all through. Would be happy to use again if the need arose

This is not just any estate agent this is quite simple the VERY BEST ESTATE AGENT! Selling and buying whilst other life events are taking place is unbelievably stressful and the awesome team of Issey, Colin, David, Fleur and Kyle were incredible. So supportive, always there to talk with, nothing ever a problem it was all about the ‘can do’ and so unlike any estate agent I’ve ever worked with. The team kept me up to date all the way, always a warm welcome when I popped in and they pulled all the stops to help me with my dream home. Thank you you have all just been amazing.

TrustpilotAbove and beyond service.
Have to say that the help from Jim was exceptional. The whole team are very professional and found us a buyer very quickly, then sold their house for them as well. Above and beyond the call of duty is the service delivered especially by Jim who is now known as the Milk Tray man in our house. You really wont find another estate agent this good anywhere else.
Hilarious! Thank you Barbie :)

I purchased a property through Just Property. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Effort was made to fit in viewing appointments to find a property and for follow up viewings. Josh, Issey, Tom and the rest of the team were friendly and helpful throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying or selling with this agent.
Thank you very much for your kind review Polly :)

TrustpilotPoorest service
The people i have dealt with at the Blouberg branch are scammers, 0 professionalism, literally thieves. Not sure how these people are employed there, they lack common sense and any logic, its shocking. Even uneducated people have more brain functioning ability then these dumb asses. Definitely cannot trust anything they say and they do not take responsibility for any of their faults or shortcomings. Especially when it comes to something as precious and important as your home, i highly recommend you reconsider, do not regret like us later. We have had ongoing issues for 1 year with them already, our rental is paid on time every month yet you will receive 0 service from them once the contract is signed, be careful. Their operations seem very dodgy and fraudulent as well. Do not deal with the Blouberg branch or you will literally be screwed. Just go have a look at the reviews before making any decision, do not be stupid and blindly trust like we did.
Hi Serena. It looks like you are based in South Africa and must have us confused with the South African company with the same name. We are based in Hastings, Uk and are a completely different company. Please could you remove your review as it is not about our company. Thanks very much
