After the let down of a sale last year Just Properties, in particular Ben Howell was determined to sell our property come what may. After months of trying success finally came early in 2026 with an exchange in May and completion due early June. Just properties are a great team to deal with and would recommend anyone selling or buying to contact them.

Just Property recently sold our old family home in Broad Oak. All Just staff were excellent but it was Ben from the Fairlight Office who dealt with us throughout who was exceptional. The sale involved land and a house and took some time due to a few hiccups our end but Ben was understanding, patient, and professional. He was always there with advice and support when we needed it and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Ben and the Just team

Ben Howell went above and beyond to sell my property. Despite a buyer backing out at the last minute, Ben maintained his confidence that the property would be sold. He looked after the property which was vacant and would always step in to help organize property maintenance tasks. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking for an excellent estate agent to sell their property.

We had a really positive experience with Just Property from start to finish. Ashley was excellent at keeping us informed throughout the entire process and regularly updated us on how our sale was progressing, which made everything feel much less stressful. Kyle was also extremely helpful in supporting us at the beginning of our journey to buying our first home and made the process easy to understand. The team where great from start to end. They helped with getting a lot of viewings for my property when I was selling and the communication and proactiveness from the team from the very start right up to completion was highly professional. Colin and the team at Just Property were excellent dealing with our purchase. We have had a bit of a long process to say the least to get to exchange however that is not down to the control of Just Property. Ashley and then Colin were extremely responsive, always keeping us up to date where new information was available and set realistic expectations. We didn't sell with Just Property as we are relocating from a different area, but rest assured when our time comes to sell again, we will use Just Property.

We have recently bought a property in Bexhill via Just Property and cannot praise them enough for their excellent customer service and constant, efficient communication.If only the agents we used to sell our own property had been half as effective and helpful, the whole moving experience would have been so much less stressful.Suffice it to say it was only via the diligence of Just Property that we were kept up to date with the progress of the chain. It was very hard to pass on commission to the agents selling our property knowing full well that we had received a far greater service from Just Property. We cannot recommend Colin and his team highly enough.

GoogleStaff refused to discuss offers on a house saying WE WORK FOR SELLERS ONLY which was unpleasant. Previously JUST PROPERTY did not book in a viewing with a vendor despite confirming with me. So vendor then called out Just Property who then rang me to deny it - and caused me severe distress and upset on the phone travelling with my son on a coach with the school. it was an angry call which caused me anxiety and extremely unfair. Never going to buy or sell with JUST PROPERTY ever. What should have been a pleasant life improving experience of moving up the housing ladder turned out to be severely upsetting and something i will never forget.

We've been considering whether we should spend some money improving our house, and whether it was worth it, or if we should just move again, and have been keeping an eye on Right Move for a while. With that in mind, we thought we should get it valued, and didn't hesitate to get in touch with Just Property again after such an excellent service with the sale of our last house and purchase of this one. We were delighted to see Austin on our doorstep once again, as he'd shown us our house originally 6 years ago. It's evident that Austin really enjoys his job; he's enthusiastic and knowledgable, honest, frank and logical with advice, whilst also being personable, and down to earth. We trust and value his opinion, and based on his knowledge of the market, Austin was able to give some excellent insight and advice about where to focus our attention on making improvements, and made us view our property from a different perspective. We're very grateful to Austin for taking the time out of his busy schedule to visit us today, and after some reflection, have decided to stay put for now and invest in making the improvements to increase our home's potential.We really wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just Property to others, and should we decide to move again, we'll most definitely be contacting Austin, and JP, again

Ben could not have been more helpful in selling my late mothers house. It took a little longer due to circumstances out of our control, but Ben kept me informed and made every effort to help me during this difficult time. I cannot recommend Just Property office in Fairlight enough. They exceeded my expectations !
