As green first time buyers, our experience with Just Property was excellent. From our first viewing with David, negations with Harry through to the calm and assured guidance of Colin Riggs, the director through the rest of the process to exchange. Colin went the extra mile at every available opportunity without being asked and ensure that we were kept well informed throughout. His communication was excellent and his advise, reassurance and compassion was invaluable. Overall they were fantastic to work with and went above and beyond the call of duty.

Just the best

I can quite honestly say Just Property are by far the best agents locally. I only negotiated with Ashley and from start to finish he was absolutely fantastic. It definitely wasn't the easiest of journeys but Ashley made it happen effortlessly. 5* communication, proffesionalism and care. Do not hesitate to use Just Property to either buy or sell through. Thank you all so much - I'm looking forward to the next chapter in my new home.

Ashley and Austin were both great. I appreciate their time and care in getting the sale sorted. They really helped with decorations that needed doing as I wasn't in the same town at the time. Very happy that the sale has now gone through :)

Just Property purchase

Just Property have dealt with a house sale for me, and I can definitely praise them for their work trying to get things moving and finalised, when there were potential problems in the chain. They seem to have a tight team who meet every morning and are very involved in the progression of the sales. I would recommend them.

The best around…

I recently sold my flat through Just Property, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, Austin was absolutely magnificent. His professionalism and expertise were evident from our first meeting, and he went above and beyond to ensure that everything started off smoothly. So so positive. His understanding of the market and keen attention to detail really set the tone for a positive experience. Giving me honest advice about what buyers look for and making sure the flat was looking its best before it went on the market. He takes fantastic pictures too! As the sale progressed, Colin took over and continued to impress. He kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and promptly answering any questions I had. Colin's communication and dedication to moving the sale forward made the entire process stress-free and efficient. I can't recommend Just Property enough. With Austin and Colin on your side, you're in excellent hands. Thank you both for your outstanding work! Dream team!

NOT ALL ESTATE AGENTS ARE THE SAME!!!!

I have moved from Surrey to North London to East London to South London then to Bexhill so have used many Estate agents in my years. This is my 4th move in Bexhill and this was to be the most important one of all MY LAST! I was so pleased I chose JUST PROPERTY they were amazing! Not only professional but cared and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was supported every step of the way no matter how many hurdles I faced and I was not alone. Siobhan was absolutely wonderful. She would ring me every week to keep me updated with progress or just to check to see if I was ok. If I had any worries I knew I could get in touch with Siobhan and she would get any information needed to put my mind at rest. Nothing was too much trouble! The team at Just Property actually care about their clients and do everything to give you that personal touch that so many Estate agents lack. They sold my property within days and got a good price. I would use Just Property should I want to sell again but this is the last move for me, so I can only highly recommend Just Property to anyone wanting to sell their property. There is no other estate agents like them.

Outstanding Service

I would just like to say how very impressed we were with Ollie Cook from Just Property Hastings. We have viewed a number of properties but none of the agents have been as professional and as thorough as Ollie.Ollie greeted us with the warmest welcome, showed us around the house with such enthusiasm and knowledge and offered up all relevant local information without being asked. Both my husband and I agreed that no other agent had as much enthusiasm, passion, knowledge and professionalism as Ollie. Although we will not be progressing further with the property I would like to thank Ollie for his time and dedication to his work.I would also like to add that I hope Ollie is recognised and rewarded as a valued member of staff who I believe is an essential asset to your company.

What can I say? Just are exceptionally good!

What can I say? Kyle and everyone who I have had dealings with at JUST PROPERTY have been amazing. I have been doing a long move from Devon to Hastings and it has been very stressful! When looking at properties the JUST team were very helpful and always gave me plenty of information and plenty of time. They even held my dog for me while I looked round. It got to the stage when I was relieved when a property I liked was marketed by them as I knew I could rely on them. Kyle was doing a sterling job trying to make sure my purchase caught up with my sale and we were almost ready to exchange when disaster struck and my buyers pulled out. Kyle again stepped up and organised a grace period while I found a new buyer. Luckily, it has all gone through quite quickly after that with Kyle again doing all the right things to make it happen. On exchange day, it was Kyle who rang me to let me know it had all gone through. We all tend to give estate agents a bad rep but JUST are the exception in that they are exceptionally good at their job! Thank you!

Ben Howell

From the moment we met Ben at the property to the very moment we completed our sale , Ben was there to answer all of our questions. His professionalism throughout, even when the sale ran past the deadline, was exceptional. Thank you for delaying your own personal commitments Ben , to talk to the sellers directly at the final hour and insure we finally had the keys to the house in our hands. ! You are an asset to Just Property. Thank you so much !

Just property not only did an INCREDIBLE job at selling my flat, but they also achieved the full asking price. I cannot thank them enough!! It was a very stressful time selling up and moving away from Hastings but from the moment I started working with Just Property in Hastings, everything fell into place. Austin took beautiful photos and everyone involved with the sale, worked hard to arrange viewings and to complete on the sale. A huge thank you to Kyle Logan for being amazing from the moment I walked into the office and said “Help I need to sell my flat” right up until I handed my keys over. He helped keep me calm, worked to find me the perfect buyer and really supported me through a very stressful time. Thanks to him I now live in a dream house in Kent and also know that my buyer is very happy in her flat in Hastings.

Ashley and the team have been professional and very helpful throughout. As buyers, we appreciated their respectful negotiations with the seller to achieve a mutually satisfactory sale. Their follow up with both sets of solicitors has been light handed, but timely.

Just Property - Just Amazing

We recently completed on a sale and purchase through Just Property Hastings office. We have nothing but the highest praise for Colin and his fantastic team. From the moment we met Graham who valued our property, our minds were made up that no other Estate Agents would do. He was down to earth, yet professional, genuine and really understood our requirements as a family.Issey kept us up to date regularly by phone and always offered reassurance along the way where we needed it. She was always very patient and understanding with questions we had.Austin, Tom, Liam and Phebe all superstars, always so very helpful every time we spoke. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. What a truly lovely team, each and every one a real credit to Just Property, all so in sync with each other. We had hold ups along the way, due to the chain (not due to Just Property) which were at times very stressful. Thank goodness that we had Colin in our corner through the ups and downs. You would struggle to find a more genuine, decent and honest man to do business with, he really had our best interests at heart.Just Property - in our opinion ...Just Amazing

I contacted a few different agents when I was ready to sell my Flat and Just Property were by far the most professional and knowledgeable that I spoke with. I instructed them to sell two properties and Liam , Graham and Issey kept me up to date with offers and the subsequent sales process which at times was slow and frustrating but they did a great job in keeping it all on track.Nice people to deal with and unlike other agents, you get the same person rather than having to explain everything again to another newbie..Give them a try as they are a refreshing and positive agent.

Just Property: simply top notch

Just Property were incredibly attentive during my purchase of a property in Bexhill. The process was ridiculously prolonged by probate but JP were on it throughout, providing regular updates as communication was key in keeping me sufficiently patient to see the purchase through! Everyone at JP was cheerful, positive and encouraging, confident we’d get there in the end - and we did. It was the best service I’ve ever received from an estate agent and yet I’ve experienced many. Thank you SO MUCH Colin and Siobhan - and Darren for the glory part (!!) - the handing over of the keys. I would always highly recommend you and shall look to return should I ever sell!
