Ben at the Fairlight branch was extremely helpful, taking time to show us around multiple properties in the area before we found the house we wanted. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly and we felt very well looked after throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend Just Property for anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleWe recently sold a previously tenanted property through Just Property. The whole team are amazing. Austin gave us fantastic and sensible/appropriate suggestions on what to do to improve the property prior to putting it on the market. The marketing of the property was brilliantly done by Harry and they did everything possible to fit around our timescales and availability. They achieved a high number of viewings and we received feedback each and every time. We went under offer within 9 days in excess of the sales price. Everyone worked together as a team to get the best results. Ashley guided us seamlessly through the post offer to completion stage keeping us all informed and nudging the process along. We completed today and we couldn't be happier. I have no hesitation in recommending Just Property and will happily use them again!

We went with another EA before using Just Property and the experience was worlds apart! Right from the start Just Property were efficient at getting our listing live, managing all viewings and keeping us informed. Once we had accepted an offer is where the real difference came in - rather than just being passed from one person to another, we were given a dedicated person to deal with our sale. Issey was great - she liaised between me, the buyers and solicitors to get our sale over the line as quickly as possible and kept everyone informed. The whole team there are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We’ve bought and sold through Just Property on two occasions, most recently exchanging and completing in time to meet the stamp duty holiday deadline. The reason we went back to Just Property is because we have found them to be thoroughly professional - they know the business and the local property market inside out. Communication is brilliant, not just with us, but ensuring everyone involved in the chain, including solicitors are fully informed every step of the way - it gave us confidence that if anything was looking like it might go wrong or be delayed, they were on top of it to avert disaster! We dealt with Tom throughout our recent sale, but others in the office were up to speed if ever there was an occasion we couldn’t get hold of Tom (occasionally he would have a day off! Although he often still responded to our emails). We would recommend Just Property to anyone considering selling there property - they made what can be a very stressful process much easier, from the initial appointment to discuss our sale and put our house on the market right through to exchange and completion.

What a wonderful experience as a first time buyer relocating from Hertfordshire to Hastings, beginning to end. Arranged fast viewings, every staff member was professional, courteous & accommodating to changes. Local and lovely when shown properties. Communication on phone or email always informative. Replies was always reactive, quick, understanding and helpful. Ben proactively gave me progress updates on my buy, this gave me much confidence in what they do and the whole from offer to completion. Much trust was built from such a great service. Their approach is honest and they work with you. Brilliant estate agent with brilliant properties. Should I sell or buy again I would look to Just Property.

As first time buyers we were quite anxious about the whole process. We have just purchased our first house through Just Property Fairlight branch and it was an absolute breeze! Branch manager Ben Howell went above and beyond to help us and guided us through every stage, always at the end of the phone or email, chasing solicitors and surveyors. Our purchase would have taken much longer had it not been for all of Ben’s work. The admin staff were also extremely friendly and available to answer any queries. We are hugely grateful for all of the work Ben and his team have put in for us over the past few months. Thank you!

We went with Just Property after being extremely disappointed with another Estate Agent.Ben Howel was our initial contact through the Fairlight branch. Not only did he sell our property he found us the house we've always wanted in the in the area we had our hearts set on! Ben has dealt with every aspect of our sale and purchase personally. Often calling or continuing to pursue an issue or complication after his working day should have been over, Or on his day off!We cant put into words how grateful we are to have had Ben in our corner through this (at times stressful) process. He went above and beyond and we can HIGHLY reccomend him personally and also his team at Just Property Fairlight.

I have just purchased a flat sold by Just Property. Ben kept me up to date along the way and chased the solicitors when needed. I really appreciated his fast responses to questions and providing a link between myself and the buyer. I was also very impressed with the agent who showed me the property. They were engaged and enthusiastic which is more than I can say for other firms in Hastings. I would recommend using them if you are selling a property as the brochure was also really good. They provide a very professional service.

I've just bought a house marketed by Just Property. They weren't acting on my behalf but Ben kept in touch with me and provided explanations where required and was diligent in trying to keep things moving when the solicitors appeared to be going slow. It still took an inordinately long time but I appreciated his helpfulness and good humour. My impression was that this was a company which provided good, personal service. If I were selling I would certainly check out their offer.

Not your usual estate agents!!! Me and my husband looked for a property for a while, and our list of things we wanted was never ending. we saw our lovely little property online and 1 email through Rightmove and I had a response. Which was amazing because every other agency I spoke to or email just was so unresponsive and rather then listening to what i wanted just kept pushing me for viewings and get an offer in. Being a first time buyer is scary as well but Just property not only got me the house at the price i wanted to pay, they have stayed with me guiding through the process of what happens next. Ben and Paul have responded to every email and call. They really do go the extra mile. i strongly recommend checking them out if you are looking to buy, and if you do not have your house up for sale with them, DO IT!!!

Dealing with Issey and Hugh was a joy. I got in touch with Just Property after seeing a couple of properties that caught my eye. Both Issey and Hugh strive to deliver a professional service and surpassed my expectations - they were not only helpful but extremely approachable and not at all bumptious like some of the other estate agents I dealt with.A job well done! We had a great experience with Just property, despite unforeseen issues (nothing to do with Just or anyone they recommended - solicitor issues in our chain) they remained professional, friendly with informative communication throughout. They were supportive, understanding and general good humans about this being our first big move, would definitely use Just next time.. if we ever move again! Thank you Colin and team! Having used Siobhan and her team for a move back in 2019 I was delighted when I rediscovered them running Just Property in Bexhill Old Town. I therefore had no hesitation in instructing them with regard to the sale of my property in Bexhill. I wasn’t disappointed . From start to finish the service which they provide is professional yet caring and empathetic to their vendor’s views ( and wobbles)!) Unfortunately ( from their point of view ) I have now decided to stay where I am but I am sure that a buyer would have been found in the next couple of weeks and my decision not to move is no reflection on the services provided by Just Property. I have no hesitation in recommending them and in the event that I do decide to move will certainly be instructing them again ( if they will have me!)

This is my 3rd time using Just Property Hastings (once as a buyer, twice as a seller). Each experience has been consistent in terms of quality of service. Compared to other estate agents they excel at good communication, not just with me but with all parties within the property chains I've been involved in. They are proactive and enthusiastic, whilst being straight forward and realistic. I never had to chase for assistance, they were always ready and willing to jump in and get a sale done whilst other parties lost enthusiasm or were chasing their tails. I believe they've gone above and beyond each time I've worked with them. Special thanks to Jim Philcox. Most other estate agents would really need to raise their game to match Just's. Cannot fault Just Property, Ben Davey went above and beyond what was expected of him even though he wasn't actually our estate agent. He gave us information at least two days before our own agent and chased ours up if he thought they were lagging behind.We would certainly recommend them considering they were the agents for the people we were buying from and always there on the end of the phone to answer any questions.
