My apologies to Just Property for late review due to no internet. We moved into our property in Bexhill on the 23.11.17 and could not be happier. A big thank you to Ben Davey and his team for all the help and support through our very stressful time, They always responded to emails and calls, always on hand to answer any questions or concerns however trivial. I would definitely recommend Just Property not just because they are such a professional company but as individuals they care for all their clients. I must say I was very impressed when I got several follow up calls from the office and a visit from Austin after we moved in. If I ever need to sell or purchase a property they would be my number one agent. Many thanks to you all :)

From the point of valuation right through to completion, all of the staff at JP were professional, courteous and enthusiastic. During the process of buying and selling houses, we had numerous dealings with other agents and it is quite shocking how bad some are! Calls not returned, appointments not confirmed and emails not answered etc. JP returned all of our calls and emails in a very timely manner and were always there when we needed them. Their fees were in line with other agents and in some cases, cheaper! All agents will come across positively at the time of valuation but it’s what happens afterwards that’s really important. Well done to everyone at JP (especially Ben) and no doubt our paths will cross again in the future.

Quiet simply put, they are the best estate agents in town. They took all away all of the stress of moving. With the motto of quality not quantity when selling your home, it gives you a real personal touch. From the moment I contacted the office with intentions to sell, it was an absolute pleasure. Meeting with Austin and Kyle to arrange valuations and photos (which made my house look so good, I wanted to buy it again) was a delight, and dealing with Paul and his team you realise how passionate they are for their profession. They were the agents for both our purchase and sale and throughout the whole process, queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently, as well as making sure we, and the rest of the chain, were kept up to date throughout the whole process. High level of customer service - would recommend !

I recommend this company for their high level of customer service. I was acting as executor for the sale of my late father's property. The timescales were lengthy and the chain complicated but Ben 'stuck with it' and we got there in the end. Ben kept me up to date with proceedings on a regular basis and I was never left wondering what was going on. The staff were always polite, respectful and professional and I would have no hesitation in instructing 'Just Property' should I consider selling my own house in the future. Cracking Estate Agency! 10/10 recommendation !!

I have found Ben, Austin, Paul and the team to be very helpful and insightful in buying my flat in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex.They are efficient and professional, whilst maintaining a calm when we all panic (apparently buying a flat/property can be stressful!).They chased up relevant solicitors, maintained excellent contact with both parties when there appeared to be delays with documentation.I would thoroughly recommend Just Property to anyone who wants a small, local business to sell/buy your property. 10/10 for professional, smart and property wise agents. the best house sale experience

I have, as a result of my work, lived in a wide of places including two overseas countries. As a result, I have used a lot of Estate Agents.. I can honestly say that I have never, anywhere, had such a good experience in selling my house as I have with Just Property. Colin Siggs and his team worked so hard to ensure that everything went through and reached my desired completion/moving day. Colin was one of many estate agents involved in a 5 party chain, but was the only one who was. on a daily basis, proactive in pushing the chain to reach the desired outcome for all those involved.. I can't praise or thank Just Property highly enough. What is a stressful and uncertain time was made as smooth as could be achieved by their hard work and tenacious attention to detail throughout. Colin made sure I was kept up to date throughout the period and remained calm and friendly and informative.The only estate agent to use!

Kyle Logan and the team were very efficient and knowledgeable. They gave me good advice and were very approachable. They were very quick to come and value and get the details of my property, and the valuation pack was very professional. The photos were excellent. Buying and Selling a property in Hastings

Just been through buying / selling in Hastings and came across many of the agents in the town but I would rate Just Property as the BEST. Marketing was excellent.Communication for viewings to sell and to buy was clear .Feedback updates available. To view properties were always punctual. Their advice and support for the pitfalls and handling of the rollercoaster that is moving house in the UK was offered with years of experience and knowledge. A great team who all communicate well with each other which I rate as essential in this market. I would only recommend Just Property in Hastings / St Leonards

All the staff and that means all, as they were all involved in selling our property at some stage or other. Colin and Ben were just brilliant. Staff were all professional, friendly and helpful, in constant contact at all times. We had 7 viewings within days of putting our property with Just Property, 3 offers all in good positions, we didn’t except as still unable to find somewhere to buy. January we had a buyer in a very good position but after 5 months we decided to re market as taking to long finance issues. Colin put our property back on the market on a Friday, had 2 viewings on the Monday was offered the full asking price. This purchaser in good position with a first time buyer in place. Unfortunately this turned out to untrue. Colin was now having to deal with our purchasers incompetent agent and solicitor. Colin also liaising with Mark agent above in the chain to keep the chain on tract. This has been quite a stressful process but Colin never gave up.It had taken Colin 8 months of constant calls and emails to our purchasers agent to finally get to exchange. We finally moved into our Hythe property from Broad Oak Rye on the 20th November. We used Hastings office, our purchaser went through Fairlight office. If you want professional and great service you cannot beat Just Property. I cannot thank you enough, to all the teams for helping us finally move.THANK YOU AND BRILLIANT COLIN FOR FINALLY GETTING US TO HYTHE.

Nothing Jackie and I can say will ever be enough to be put into words the gratitude and thanks that we give for your hard work that you have all put in to not only selling our property but giving us the home we have so desired for so long . Proactive, realistic, honest team I'd work with again.

I worked with Austin and the team earlier this year. I found them to be organised, punctual and efficient agents. On the one occasion we misunderstood one another it was resolved in conversation and we moved forward quickly. The market was a bit tricky and the house idiosyncratic but Austin was helpful and available to discuss the property and a sale strategy whenever I needed. We were given consistent, practical advice and helped to remarket the house to get fair value rather than discount for a quick sale. "Just Property" are AMAZING

"Just Property" are AMAZING. From the first valuation through to completion of the sale they provided excellent advice and expert knowledge of the local market.It was a long journey for me from the first valuation, to having to evict some nightmare tenants, to renovating the property, then finally putting it on the market... all whilst living abroad. Just Property (particularly Austin) stuck with me, coming back on 3 different occasions to re-value the property during the course of the renovations and giving me sound advice on what *really* needed to be done and what was likely to be a waste of money... When I finally came to sell, they were very efficient. Every time I had a viewing, they notified me by email and then followed up with feedback from the potential purchasers. I always knew what was going on, which was great as I can be a bit of a control freak! They really did go the extra mile for me. Selling (and buying) a house can be fraught with complications (especially when you live abroad) but "Just Property" made it as easy as possible. Oh... and in case you were wondering, they got me a great price too.

Highly recommend Just Property. We saw around 30 properties and were beginning to lose hope then we fell in love with the first one we saw with Just. What should have been a really simple exchange ended up with lots of delays. 5 star service from start to finish on my recent property sale- Just Property make you feel like you are their only client. Taking calls and returning emails first thing in the morning or right at the end of the day, sometimes I'm sure even outside of working hours. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Refreshingly straight talking rather than trying to whip up hype, they are friendly and professional from the word go. Paul especially went above and beyond the call of duty to get my sale pushed through even after 2 buyers let us down at the last minute. At one point Paul was doing half the work of the solicitors on both sides as well as carrying out his own work with awesome efficiency. Highly recommended.

From the outset the service we received from Just Property was informative, professional and friendly, and when we sought support in ensuring the whole conveyancing process remained on track, Ben went out of his way to keep everyone informed - always remaining cheerful and good humoured, and taking into account everyone's personal preferences in terms of how to be contacted and what they needed to know.
