My second time using Just Property!

My second time using Just Property in a recent move in October. My point of contact was Austin who took his time to talk through the whole process with me and followed up with regular updates keeping me informed as the sale progressed. I’m not intending to move again, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to call Just Property and use their services again. I can highly recommend Austin and the team at Just Property if you’re looking for an estate agent to sell your home.

The best in town

The best team in town

Quiet simply put, they are the best estate agents in town. They took all away all of the stress of moving. With the motto of quality not quantity when selling your home, it gives you a real personal touch. From the moment I contacted the office with intentions to sell, it was an absolute pleasure. Meeting with Austin and Kyle to arrange valuations and photos (which made my house look so good, I wanted to buy it again) was a delight, and dealing with Paul and his team you realise how passionate they are for their profession. They were the agents for both our purchase and sale and throughout the whole process, queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently, as well as making sure we, and the rest of the chain, were kept up to date throughout the whole process. Proactive, realistic, honest team I'd work with again.

I worked with Austin and the team earlier this year. I found them to be organised, punctual and efficient agents. On the one occasion we misunderstood one another it was resolved in conversation and we moved forward quickly. The market was a bit tricky and the house idiosyncratic but Austin was helpful and available to discuss the property and a sale strategy whenever I needed. We were given consistent, practical advice and helped to remarket the house to get fair value rather than discount for a quick sale. I would have no reservations in recommending Austin and the team at Just.

"Just Property" are AMAZING

"Just Property" are AMAZING. From the first valuation through to completion of the sale they provided excellent advice and expert knowledge of the local market.It was a long journey for me from the first valuation, to having to evict some nightmare tenants, to renovating the property, then finally putting it on the market... all whilst living abroad. Just Property (particularly Austin) stuck with me, coming back on 3 different occasions to re-value the property during the course of the renovations and giving me sound advice on what *really* needed to be done and what was likely to be a waste of money... When I finally came to sell, they were very efficient. Every time I had a viewing, they notified me by email and then followed up with feedback from the potential purchasers. I always knew what was going on, which was great as I can be a bit of a control freak! They really did go the extra mile for me. Selling (and buying) a house can be fraught with complications (especially when you live abroad) but "Just Property" made it as easy as possible. Oh... and in case you were wondering, they got me a great price too.

Highly recommend Just Property. We saw around 30 properties and were beginning to lose hope then we fell in love with the first one we saw with Just. What should have been a really simple exchange ended up with lots of delays. Ben was fantastic throughout; he kept us constantly updated, was really straight talking and went over and above his job to get us in as soon as possible. Everyone at Just was a pleasure to deal with and Ben was a complete legend. Highly recommend.

5 star service from start to finish on my recent property sale- Just Property make you feel like you are their only client. Taking calls and returning emails first thing in the morning or right at the end of the day, sometimes I'm sure even outside of working hours. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Refreshingly straight talking rather than trying to whip up hype, they are friendly and professional from the word go. Paul especially went above and beyond the call of duty to get my sale pushed through even after 2 buyers let us down at the last minute. At one point Paul was doing half the work of the solicitors on both sides as well as carrying out his own work with awesome efficiency. Highly recommended.

From the outset the service we received from Just Property was informative, professional and friendly, and when we sought support in ensuring the whole conveyancing process remained on track, Ben went out of his way to keep everyone informed - always remaining cheerful and good humoured, and taking into account everyone's personal preferences in terms of how to be contacted and what they needed to know. Outstanding and Professional Service!! I used Just Property for both my sale and my purchase recently and found the whole experience to be a lot less stressful thanks to Just Property. They go above and beyond to give you exceptional service, telephone calls and emails are answered promptly and efficiently and you are kept constantly in the loop. I have found other estate agents stop communicating once a sale has been agreed but Ben at Just Property continued to keep us updated on our sale and even went out of his way to negotiate in the place of my partner's sale in London when her estate agents failed to fulfil their professional role. Ben was truly amazing and worked extremely hard to make sure that the whole chain continued to move along, contacting all solicitors when information was needed and never losing sight of the end goal. Neither of us have ever experienced estate agents to be quite such a pleasure to communicate with, everyone in the office was aware of our 'case' and were all incredibly friendly and helpful if Ben wasn't around. The final touch of our gift box was so lovely and helped complete an actually pleasurable experience - all thanks to Ben at Just Property. I wouldn't use any other estate agent in future!

Paul Rendle was professional and supportive at all times whilst we recently purchased a property through Just. He stayed on top of issues that were raised through the process and made sure we were kept up to speed with progress, even when sometimes there was no progress. I have had such a positive experience …

I have had such a positive experience selling my house through Just Property. They have been so professional, thorough and thoughtful. Colin and the team at Just have been nothing short of top notch. I had a difficult time with my purchase and Colin fully updated me without delay. Just Excellent!

I have absolutely no hesitation in giving Just Property 5 stars. I got a taste of their professionalism 12 years ago when i bought my first house and thought i would go back this time round. I sold and bought with them at the start of this year (2016) and felt all the way through the process that i was supported, listened to and treated like a friend. I particularly have to say how fantastic Paul Rendle was throughout, he was always on the end of the phone if i needed help/support/advice at any point. Towards the end of purchasing my property it got a little stressful, but i will say that Paul was superb in chasing up solicitors/mortgage brokers/banks in making sure my purchase could go ahead before my mortgage offer ran out! He was instrumental in closing the sale, taking away the stress and worry of buying, but more importantly making sure i could start a home with my children after such a long wait. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Just Property again.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in giving a 5 star rating for Just Property. My friends bought through them in December 2016 & highly recommended their professional service, I've received the same treatment & would go further as Ben Davey ( who I dealt with mainly ) was able to use his considerable contacts to ensure we met the 30 day deadline given by the seller, amazing!I've spoken with various members of the team & messages have been passed on & emails replied to should Ben have been out of the office. I was kept in the loop by my solicitor as you'd expect, but on occasion, Ben was the first to inform me of progress, he's seriously good!Honestly, you won't do better

From the first estate agents valuation visits it was not hard to make the decision of which agency to choose. Larissa was instantly empathetic to our particular circumstances, personable and friendly.
