Incredible Advice Whether Buying or Selling

Austin and Shannon were incredibly helpful and detailed in what we need to do with our house in order to get the best sale price. They told us where to spend a little and improve areas of the house and garden that would give us a great return on the small improvements, and also advised us that some of the work we thought would be necessary wouldn't actually improve the price or sale ability and therefore would not be worth doing. When looking at houses to buy, Austin even arranged for an architect to help us evaluate whether a we could add to a prospective house in order to create an accessible annex for my mother in law - amazing service that I haven't come across elsewhere. Highly recommend whether you're buying or selling.

This was the Estate agent for sellers but Colin was more than helpful to us in chasing up all participants in our purchase of the property when things were getting tardy. Done with speed and good humour all through. Would be happy to use again if the need arose

This is not just any estate agent this is quite simple the VERY BEST ESTATE AGENT! Selling and buying whilst other life events are taking place is unbelievably stressful and the awesome team of Issey, Colin, David, Fleur and Kyle were incredible. So supportive, always there to talk with, nothing ever a problem it was all about the ‘can do’ and so unlike any estate agent I’ve ever worked with. The team kept me up to date all the way, always a warm welcome when I popped in and they pulled all the stops to help me with my dream home. Thank you you have all just been amazing.

Above and beyond service.

Have to say that the help from Jim was exceptional. The whole team are very professional and found us a buyer very quickly, then sold their house for them as well. Above and beyond the call of duty is the service delivered especially by Jim who is now known as the Milk Tray man in our house. You really wont find another estate agent this good anywhere else.

I purchased a property through Just Property. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Effort was made to fit in viewing appointments to find a property and for follow up viewings. Josh, Issey, Tom and the rest of the team were friendly and helpful throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying or selling with this agent.

Poorest service

The people i have dealt with at the Blouberg branch are scammers, 0 professionalism, literally thieves. Not sure how these people are employed there, they lack common sense and any logic, its shocking. Even uneducated people have more brain functioning ability then these dumb asses. Definitely cannot trust anything they say and they do not take responsibility for any of their faults or shortcomings. Especially when it comes to something as precious and important as your home, i highly recommend you reconsider, do not regret like us later. We have had ongoing issues for 1 year with them already, our rental is paid on time every month yet you will receive 0 service from them once the contract is signed, be careful. Their operations seem very dodgy and fraudulent as well. Do not deal with the Blouberg branch or you will literally be screwed. Just go have a look at the reviews before making any decision, do not be stupid and blindly trust like we did.

Just the best…

I think it’s probably rather unusual to write a review for a sale that actually unfortunately fell through just before exchange. However, I have to tell you how absolutely amazing Siobhan is in every way…guiding me to the right price for my flat… the sealed bid stage..keeping me updated… right the way through to “almost” exchange. She couldn’t have done more, this was through no fault of hers or mine… as a BTL landlord she really is an exemplary and very caring agent, honest, straightforward, knowledgeable and brilliant at what she does..don’t hesitate to use her…she’s the absolute best.

The most awake agents in Old Town Hastings

Just Properties were second to none in helping us to find our home in Hastings. They kept us informed of properties new to the market, and were very flexible in arranging viewings at very short notice. JP are very proactive compared with other agents in the area and we recommend their services wholeheartedly. A special thank you must go to Issey Siggs who worked tirelessly on our behalf.

What an amazing team they have at the Bexhill office of Just Property. I would never use anyone else, in fact I have followed Siobhan and Tina around Bexhill as they are the best estate agents around. They are so professional and with you every step of the way and work so well as a team. They are always on hand to answer any questions and very honest and trustworthy. Phoebe is also a great asset to the Bexhill team, very polite and personable and will go far if she learns from the very best. Thank you so much.

Amazing staff at Just Property Bexhill

We recently sold our house through Just Property at Bexhill. Siobhsn came and took photos and guided us through the selling process. After one day she sold our house to a lovely couple. Throughout the whole time Siobhan and Tina kept us up to date what was going on with our sale. Both were very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel very special.
