TrustpilotFlat sale
Having brought through just property I decided to give my flat sale over to them, from start to finish what a great service I recieved from Ben Colin and the team at jp. I wouldn’t use any other estate agents in the town again after using jp, the main thing for me is contact and I was kept informed the whole way through! Look forward to using you again soon keep up the good work!!!
Really appreciate this Dan, wish you all the best :)

GoogleAustin and Shannon were incredibly helpful and detailed in what we need to do with our house in order to get the best sale price. They told us where to spend a little and improve areas of the house and garden that would give us a great return on the small improvements, and also advised us that some of the work we thought would be necessary wouldn't actually improve the price or sale ability and therefore would not be worth doing. When looking at houses to buy, Austin even arranged for an architect to help us evaluate whether a we could add to a prospective house in order to create an accessible annex for my mother in law - amazing service that I haven't come across elsewhere. Highly recommend whether you're buying or selling.

Just Property are without doubt head and shoulders above other local estate agents, they delivered on every level. Thank you, Austin and the Team. We got our forever home

A massive thank you to Austin, Ben, Issey and team. Selling your home is meant to be stressful...Well, Austin and his wonderful team made it super smooth from start to finish. Their communication and personal touch throughout the whole process was fantastic, which was so important to us. We always felt they were selling our home, not just a house! TrustpilotCOMPLETION!
Just completed on the sale of our property through Issey and Austin at Just property. This was the third time we had gotten to a critical point with the sale so we were extremely nervous that it would fall through again. However, having someone available to talk to on the phone really helped assuage our fears. Austin was particularly friendly and approachable and we are very grateful to him and Just Property for getting us though what was a difficult time for us personally, and a tricky market. Thank-you, and our very best wishes to the new owners and the Just Property Hastings team.

TrustpilotJust Properties has everything that is required with an Estate Agent…
Just Properties is everything that is required in an estate agent - from the initial property valuation, marketing and viewing. They kept me informed at all times, especially when the property was under offer and chased up when required on all parties concerned with the sale. If I was selling again in Bexhill I would definitely use them again. Special thanks to Siobhan, Issey and Colin.

Just Property have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, I picked up a sale that had previously fallen through and managed to tie it up with my sale in less than 3 weeks, when it got stressful Jim was excellent at calming me down with his patient and soothing manner! Special thanks also to Issey and Colin , who definitely go the extra mile I would highly recommend them to anyone.

TrustpilotBest estate agent by a mile
We had a bit of a nightmare with an estate agent, felt like we were not being listened to. Then went with just property who we brought and sold our first house. What a difference. Every step of the way felt like a valued customer and they were just amazing at handling our property. Very professional but above all very personable. They made us feel like we were in control and also gave us some amazing advice. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I just wished we went with them in the first place to save us the hassle we went through prior. A lesson learned. But what a brilliant team, even the colleagues which were not dealing with our house, knew what was happening with it and was also able to help, so we were not left for days wondering what was happening. So from us thank you to all the team at just property, you rock!!!!!

TrustpilotJust Property are a great estate agency
I would not hesitate in recommending Just Property to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. The level of service I received as a Buyer was more than what you would normally receive from your average estate agent. Colin Siggs from Just Property has been excellent. A professional throughout. He listened and acted to suggestions as well as providing great advice and support. He was always available when I needed help and I am very aware that without his help my purchase would have become protracted or perhaps even fallen through. Thank you so much Colin.

TrustpilotA very positive experience thanks to Kyle Logan
I have both sold and bought through Just Property on this occasion.Kyle Logan has handled both transactions and has been at all times efficient, polite, helpful, appropriately humorous and encouraging. He kept me informed of progress and it was always easy to get in touch. This sale and purchase was difficult because of factors outside Just Property's control and mine, but Kyle was determined to see it through and did everything in his power to help it all happen.

GoogleA real cut above all other estate agents. A real human touch and a due diligence of their job which is excellent. Ben and Ashley were wonderful and Ashley pestered and followed the chain from the first link to the last to ensure all links were ok. I couldn't recommend them more favourably.

GoogleI had a very tricky sale that was managed expertly by Colin Siggs. Without his input, dogged determination and expertise the sale would have collapsed. There is no better estate agent in Hastings and St Leonard’s and if you are going to sell a property he and Just Property should be your go too

TrustpilotExcellent estate agent
I purchased through just property in Hastings. After a very long, difficult and protracted sale I finally exchanged, but I’m sure it wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for the amazing team at Just property who worked tirelessly to ensure that the sale went through.Their communication was excellent and they went the extra mile where I’m sure many other agents wouldn’t.Special thanks to Jim ,who kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Thank you so much for your kind words :)

TrustpilotA quality agent
Graham, Liam, Issey and Tom were all very helpful and they helped to make the sale process smooth and worry free. The sales market was very strong so I sold my house very quickly, but I got the impression that even if the market was slow that Just Property would have been the right agent to go with. A good quality service.
Thank you for sharing your experience :)

GoogleMy experience with Colin, Ben and the team at Just Property was simply first class - even though through no fault of theirs (or mine) my purchase fell through at the 11th hour, they couldn't have been more supportive, either during the process until that point, or during the couple of very difficult days that ensued! I can completely recommend them and would have no hesitation in using their services again.
Thank you Sally, we do wish you all the best for the future

This was our third time using Just Property and having used them as both sellers and buyers, we wouldn't go anywhere else. This one was a difficult, very long winded sale due to some difficult personal circumstances and they made it as easy as was possible, and were always in frequent contact. Thanks so much!

GooglePaul and his team at just property could not have been more helpful. They are friendly and professional and give good honest assessments of the houses they sell. They went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were informed about the process of house buying. I will be singing their praises from the rooftop of my new house, about just how great they have been. A very very satisfied customer.
