Painfree sale

We had a personal recommendation for the Bexhill office of Just Properties and were a little nervous as had not used them before. In fact we haven't sold property for twenty plus years. However we needn't have worried having dropped in to the Bexhill office David Gregg was approachable and friendly and put me at ease . He was one of 4 estate agents to value the property and provide dthe highest valuation . He was also the most enthusiastic . Having signed and agreed with them to sell . He took photos arranged EPC ( at no upfront cost) and provided a draft copy of details .within the week .Within another week there had abeen a series of viewings which we kept informed of and a an offer of £5000 over the asking price which was much higher than the other valuations . Since then we have had regular contact with both Siobahn and Tina in the office who progressed the sale through to completion making selling a painfree and elmost pleasurable experience

Ashley was brilliant in helping us with the sale of our flat - once we found a buyer he genuinely cared that the sale went through as smoothly as possible. Kept in regular contact and pushed everything through as quickly as he could. Thanks!

We recently bought and sold through Just property after they were recommended to us and I can say that if we were to ever move again we would only use JP. From the very first day we were always kept up to date and in the loop with everything that was happening. Issey would always provide details and information of the viewings as soon as they were booked in and always followed up with an email confirmation. All of the team in the office were polite, honest and very helpful when I spoke to them and you really get the feeling that they have your best interests at heart. Despite our vendor making our purchase extremely difficult, Colin and the team went above and beyond to make it all happen and get us into our dream home. This all happened in the weeks leading up to our wedding and JP were so supportive and understanding. We felt Colin moved heaven and earth to get us over the line and we couldn't be more grateful for his help. I would only recommend Just Property to anyone thinking of selling or buying.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Another 5 star experience with Just Property

I cannot recommend this agency highly enough; their attention to detail, professionalism, efficiency and execution are second to none. Throughout the whole process everyone I had dealings with seemed genuinely interested in my sale and purchase, and the fast response time and regular updates were appreciated.

Highly recommended!

Just Property were recommended to me by 2 people so I didn't hesitate to contact them. I live in France so had to leave my property completely in their hands. I am very impressed with their service. Siobhan was my main contact in the Bexhill office and I was constantly keeping me updated with progress both by email and phone from start to finish. Tina was also brilliant. I would highly recommend Just Property if you are considering selling your property!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

One of the best experiences we've had in selling a property (& we've sold 8 properties over our lifetime). Our dealings with Colin, Issey & Austin were always professional, yet relaxed & friendly. In particular, I appreciated not just 'being a number' when phoning the Hastings office or calling in person. We exchanged within 4 weeks of putting our property on the market which is a remarkable achievement.

Recent property sale

This is the third time I’ve used Just Property to sell my property. They are very efficient keeping clients informed of all developments and are proactive to keep the purchase/sale on track. My last sale was particularly challenging with the buyers solicitor sadly lacking in enthusiasm, efficiency and empathy for their own client (let alone me). Thankfully Colin at Just Property sucked it in and used his best endeavours to orchestrate a satisfactory outcome ie a sale. I would thoroughly recommend using them, they have the patience of a saint. Five stars.

Austin especially took time to give us great advice on the sale, was honest and up front about our sale price and everything was delivered in a friendly yet professional manner. Just Estate Agents Bexhill on Sea are JUST GREAT !

We bought our house using Just Estate agents in Bexhill on Sea and they were brilliant ! Before them we had failed 4 times to buy other properties with different Estate Agents . Even this sale was tricky but Tina and her team especially Siobhan used their knowledge, skill , tenacity and sheer will power to bring it to a satisfactory conclusion . We lost heart several times but they didn't , Thank GoodnessThoroughly deserved it's 5 star rating .Chris & Dan Mason
