Best Estate Agents in Hastings

I interviewed three estate agents when I was putting my property on the market and Kyle from Just Property was head and shoulders above the rest. He gave me a good honest opinion and promised the kind of service I was looking for at a competitive price. Top quality marketing led to a sale within a very short space of time, but not only that, it was at a price of £10k more than I was hoping for. During the conveyancing process they went above and beyond in dealing with a difficult and pompous buyers solicitor, with Jim providing a solution to a ridiculous non issue with the help and support of his network of contacts. If you're looking to sell a property in Hastings it's a no brainer. Go and see the guys at Just Property. They certainly delivered on their promise to me. Oh and thanks to Tom in the office as well for all your help.

An Estate Agent who actually does what they say they will do !

This company is not like any other Estate Agent. They actually care about achieving the very best for you, from the moment you make contact with them. Colin assured me from the start that his team would do the best for me, my parents, and the selling of their property. So when the lovely Charles came to value the property, I could sense the integrity of this company. All conversations and dealings with the team including Issey, Tom, Ben, Paul and Austen, were very warm and friendly, yet always professional. There was a difficult complication in the chain which was in fact out of the control of Just Property, and yet Jim (perhaps …... Bond !) made it his 'mission' to relentlessly communicate with all parties agents and solicitors to ensure that a smooth and effective result was achieved. I have bought and sold about 12 properties in my time, and have never seen anyone operate quite like this. He is like that dog with a bone ! and he won't let go until its sorted. This proved essential in fact in our case to secure the deal. I would recommend this company 100% to sell or buy from, and they are such nice people to deal with that I feel I made new friends too. Many thanks to everyone at JP.

Couldn’t recommend Ben and all the guys…

Couldn’t recommend Ben and all the guys at Just Property enough! From start to finish Ben has given us help and advise and even went above and beyond with regards to our sales progression even taking over from the other estate agents in the chain to get the sale pushed through without a hitch! He always picked up the phone or emailed and we knew if we had any queries he would put our mind at ease!! Have recommended to all my friends and family and would always use Ben and the team for any future moves we may have. He’s an absolute star!

Just Property were absolutely wonderful…

Just Property were absolutely wonderful during the recent sale of my house, from the first valuation to the final completion of sale. They were extremely professional and efficient, always kept me updated and were unfailingly supportive at what was occasionally a stressful time. Special thanks to Jim who worked miracles to ensure any challenging situations that arose were speedily resolved, and each and every member of the team was very kind, helpful and well informed about the progress of my sale. Thank you all, Paul, Tom, Issey and Austin. I would unhesitatingly highly recommend Just Property - from my experiences of buying and selling through them, they're absolutely The Best!Patricia

Although we didn't sell through JP we were buying through them and they ended up basically being our agent dealing with our buyer who was a nightmare. Jim went above and beyond to keep our sale on track to make sure we didn't lose the house we wanted and I can't thank him and the rest of the team enough. Think we're all relieved we've all completed! Just waiting for our 'Just in case' box now ;-) thanks again x Louise Harris

Fantastic Estate Agent. Everyone in the office is polite and knowledgable. Austin came to Pevensey Bay to take photos and measure up, 3 days later my house was live on the website and 5 days after that I had the perfect offer which I accepted. I know I was lucky and not all sales are so smooth but I had a fab solicitor in Battle and the communication between the agent, solicitor and myself was brilliant, 8 weeks later the house was sold. I was kept informed throughout. Whoever I spoke to was very helpful especially Ben. When I had to drop off papers and keys and there was nowhere to park I pulled up outside and rang them and they came out to me now that's service :) I am now buying another property and unfortunately it was not on with Just, already experienced rudeness and incompetence after just 2 days. Another review said quality over quantity which is what you get with Just. They tell the truth, which I have already found not to be the case with other agents. I would highly recommend Just, just wish I could be dealing with them this time round.

It is a real pleasure to be able to say, to express our thoughts about our experience with Just Property. On the 12th March my Wife and I invited Charles Perez, from Just Property, to our home for a discussion regarding the sale of out property in Pine Avenue, Hastings. Charles talked us through the whole procedure and associated costs without any pressure for us to sign on the dotted line. We were impressed with his presentation and had no hesitation in giving him the go ahead to proceed with marketing our property. Firstly, and very quickly, a photographer arrived and took many photographs which when we saw them, were both very impressed with and together with the brochure, we were delighted. Absolutely fantastic ! I did ask myself why on earth am I selling this amazing property! In the first 2 weeks we had 6 viewings and the following Monday we had an offer on our home. The following day we had sold our property and were amazed it had been so quick, but obviously very delighted. All of the staff were working on our behalf and we were kept up to date throughout. Just Property Sold our Home. We move next week. Some may call the staff at Just Property in the Old Town, Hasting, GOOD. We will always refer them as " THE "A" TEAM " and as far as we are concerned, in the property market, " THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST ". Better than all the rest. We would like to award them 6 out of 5. Jim and the team, You are all Stars. THANK YOU.

Having used Just Property when I relocated here, they were my first choice of estate agents to sell my property. They are in my opinion, the best agents to use... They have vast knowledge of the local area, are friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. They are a great team & all so helpful but I have to mention that Ben Davey has been exceptional ... Going above & beyond to progress my sale, his expertise is second to none!!! I would thoroughly recommend Just Property to anybody, whether buying or selling as they really know their stuff and genuinely want to get the best outcome for you. That personal touch, combined with them being experienced professionals in their field, is a great combination. A huge thank you to Ben for working so hard on my sale and getting the result I wanted, top man, top estate agents, thank you Just Property!! Maggie & family xx

After speaking to multiple agents in our local area we decided on Just Property to market our house. From the outset, the team at 'JP' made us feel at ease, put together an attractive brochure with great photography and very quickly arranged a buyer for our property. Unfortunately, it took us a while to find a property to suit our family. Paul and Ben were very supportive and put us under no pressure at all to progress the sale. Once we did finally find a property the team worked hard on our behalf to progress the purchase. I would without hesitation use JP again and recommend them to anybody looking to sell or purchase a property.

Just Property Estate Agents were truly brilliant

Just Property Estate Agents we’re truly brilliant! They dealt with the sale of my property with absolute professionalism. Issey and the rest of the guys were absolutely superb. From the point of the sale being agreed Jim took over and dealt with things so smoothly I felt at ease with the whole process. No stress at all!! One of the conditions of the sale was that my garden pond had to be clear of fish as the buyers has a cat. Jim and Issey came to my property one evening after work and ‘fishgate’ took place. Jim was in the pond with my son catching fish which Issey then re-housed and apparently the fish are loving their new home. Thank you guys, it has been a pleasure from start to finish!! Definitely above and beyond the course of duty for ANY estate agent!!

Home at last

We have been looking at houses to buy since last November, with several agencies. Just Property have been brilliant to deal with and we are delighted with the house we have bought. We must have looked at 20 houses through them over the months and got to know them all well. Austin was incredibly entertaining and always made us smile. Thank you Jim for your patience with our buyers. At last we got it sorted and we look forward to moving into our new house in St Leonard’s in a weeks time. I highly recommend this agency.Sarah Jane Morris and Mark Pulsford

just about to complete on my new property - it has been a bit of a journey and more than a little frustrating at times as property sales often are, but the path has been made considerably smoother by the efforts of Jim Philcox. A consummate professional with at least a hundred years of experience, he has been ever diligent, charming, constantly updating and keeping us informed. I highly recommend Jim and Just Property - his local knowledge and contacts meant there was always a way forward and a solution to all problems. A true gent and a great estate agent company.

Just Property Estate Agency surpassed all expectations

Quite frankly, I can only describe the team at Just Property, as outstanding, exceptionally, professional and definitely the best Estate Agency to represent you. Whether buying or selling, you will get a professional, individual service from these guys. Their efficiency is second to none.If it were possible to rate above 5 stars, I would without reservation award that to Just Property Estate Agency. From my first viewing, to being able to make an offer on my dream property I was made to feel that I was receiving an individual service. All members of the team were familiar with me and the property that I was buying. Ben, from the Fairlight Branch, established a rapport with me of mutual trust and understanding for an efficient and expedient sale of the property I was buying. He was able to ensure that he kept the vendor’s best interest as the core, while maintaining regular contact with me and supporting me through every step of the process. When the sale was stalling, Ben took control and was able to get all the professionals involved back on track. I absolutely cannot thank him enough. When Ben was absent from work, he handed the sale over to Jim, Bexhill Branch, to take the sale through to completion. Jim’s tenacity and involvement continued in the same vain. I can only conclude that this level of commitment is part of the Just Property ethos. If you are considering selling your property, you need look no further than Just Property Estate Agent, they really have set the bar. I recommend these guys unreservedly.Eulett Tulloch-Foley

Warm belated thanks :)

A huge belated thanks to the whole varied and fantastic team at Just Property for helping us out just so much on our search for our first house in Hastings. Not only were they always friendly and professional, and super patient as we worked out exactly what we wanted, but they really gave the whole experience a personal touch, rather than making us feel like just another number in terms of people buying & selling houses. Particular thanks to Ben for helping to steer us through the final stages of the purchase which was a particularly tough, stressful time for us to due to a family illness and bereavement. But we really appreciate the part that the whole team played in the house hunting process. We really couldn’t recommend the company highly enough...

The originals and the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently sold my property through JP. No other agent in town has the experience and unrivalled knowledge behind them that this team does, which will make a HUGE difference when your sale or purchase becomes (beyond) a headache.Jim went way above and beyond to put my mind at ease during the most stressful times with his patience and reassurance - even taking calls when on “holiday”. An understanding there is so much more involved in the process than commission, and genuine care and appreciation that peoples entire lives are on the line. Don’t trust anyone else with your future.Just wish I was buying so I had got a just in case box too! Thank you.

Excellent service

All the staff I dealt with were helpful and professional, once my offer was accepted Ben Davey was responsible, all through he kept me up to date with at least one e mail per week and others as required. He was of great assistance when I could not collect the keys on completion and liaised with a friend to enable him to collect on my behalf.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any future buyers or vendors.

Brilliant estate agents

Brilliant estate agents. Everything was dealt with professionally and to a high standard, but I was also left thinking that the team were a genuinely good bunch. While I was away they even helped me with meter readings and putting out the recycling before viewers arrived. No job seemed too small, and they were also happy to provide good advice, which was really reassuring for me as this was my first time selling my home. Would highly recommend Just Property 10/10.

Best Estate Agents Ever!

I have today exchanged contracts and am looking forward to moving house next week. This is the second time I have used Just Property and because I had such a fantastic experience with them last time, they were my first and only choice of estate agents to use when selling my home this time. They are professional but with a personal touch, they have fantastic knowledge of all the local areas and are always happy to help and offer advice. All of the team at Just Property are friendly and helpful, but Ben Davey has been exceptional! He has gone above & beyond to progress my sale, keeping me constantly updated and reassured, he was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Just Property to anybody local, or anybody from further afield who is looking to relocate here as I did, as they are, without question, the best. Thank you to Ben & all the team at JP!!!!

Best in town ...

Just Property are the agents we had to go through to purchase our apartment. A very good team who were all very professional and helpful every step of the way. I especially like to thank Paul who after a long drawn out period of stalling from our buyers came to our rescue, negotiating with all parties concerned to ensure we got to a speedy completion. He kept in regular contact keeping us up to date as to what was happening. I highly recommend JP whether your buying or selling a property and I definitely would not hesitate to use them again.

To a man, they are by far the best customer service guys around, that includes every customer interface i have ever dealt with. I had what turned into a bit of a nightmare move......NOTHING to do with Just Property I hasten to add. Throughout the whole process Ben was excellent and thorough, and a bit of a pitbull when he needed to be! He pulled the whole process around, got the solicitors moving and the vendors estate agent, listened to me whine and then calmly explained each and every hold up to me....bringing my stress levels down. It is true when they say moving is one of the most stressful things you can do, but Just Property reduce that level enormously. right down to phoning you when they say they are-very important. A lot of big organisations could learn from Just Property. I would without hesitation use them again!
