In a fairly slow market Just sold my property and more importantly the process after the offer from Ashley was brilliant. He was always responsive even with the constant need to chase the buyers solicitor. He more than earned their fee. Ashley was patient and responsive and I had full faith that he was doing the very best for me and the buyer.

Kyle Logan and the team were very efficient and knowledgeable. They gave me good advice and were very approachable. They were very quick to come and value the property and the valuation pack was very professional. The photos were excellent. Kyle kept me informed throughout the process, despite it being Christmas and a holiday period. Kyle was kind and respectful and dealt with any difficulties efficiently. I would highly recommend 'Just Property.'

GoogleI cannot recommend Just Property enough, particularly the Bexhill team. Moving house at the best of times is stressful, and our was came with lots of stresses and strains- but the support and reassurance from the team throughout has been second to none! The team are incredibly professional, they really had our best interests at heart when selling our property, I really liked how they were open, honest and transparent throughout the process. All of the team were incredible and I’m sure at some point I talked to Everton but I particularly need to thank the following staff members: Ollie, for being the first estate agent that was open, honest and kind, you generally wanted to helped and we didn’t feel like you were just trying to get our business. Issy and Isla, were always so incredibly kind on the phone and really fighting our corner at times! Big thank you to Harry for helping us finally seal the deal with new buyers and working hard to get everything done before your work day finished! But my biggest thank you is to Colin, who was in charge of our sale, no phonecall or email was ever to much for you, you spent so much time reassuring me and really fighting to protect our chain. Colin went 100000% and beyond with dealing with our potential exchanging when boarding a plane to go on holiday as we had come so far and he didn’t not want to finish the job! Colin was so lovely communicate with and helped make light of situations! Although I’m in no rush to move again anytime soon, I will always recommend this wonderful team!

We were selling the house for an elderly parent after they moved into a nursing home and we didn't live in the area so needed a local agent we could trust. The team at Just Property managed everything for us keeping us informed along the way. They continued to support us through the pause caused by probate after our relative died, and kept prospective buyers aware of the situation whist the property marketing was paused. Then, once we were able to proceed again and had accepted an offer, they assisted us by keeping the sale on track through some unexpected issues which arose during the survey and helped to ensure that the sale progressed through to exchange of contracts. I would definitely recommend this agent based on our experience.

The staff were very helpful from the moment I stepped into their office. I made an offer on a property and they worked extremely hard to make it happen. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and although they were professional, the person I dealt with had a lovely, caring, sympathetic manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I considered several agents before settling with Just Property. This was primarily down to Austin who initially valued. I found him straightforward and realistic. He also took the time to discuss options. Although my sale was a little protracted (no fault of the agent), I then dealt with Colin during progression. I found Colin to be equally straightforward, honest and easy to deal with. He was dynamic in moving things forward and kept in regular contact. Having regular communication from these two partners was reassuring. They were always accessible and I felt their commission rates to be reasonable. Thank you both for your assistance with the sale.

They understood my budget, and the area that I wanted to move to, and never pushed me to see properties that didn’t match my search or budget criteria.

GoogleWe have recently sold with Just Property and I would definitely recommend them. They were communicative, got viewings in quickly (we had been on the market with another agent for a while and had no viewings for a long time), and gave feedback promptly. We sold our house within two weeks of being on the market with them. Once we had the offer, they kept in touch on a regular basis and formed a useful link between us and our buyers which kept things running smoothly. They even supported us in getting some issues with our onward purchase ironed out too. I don’t think I would use another agent now. Thank you Just Property!
