I am grateful to Jim and the rest of the team in the Hastings Office for their professional and attentive service. They helped the complicated sale of my flat proceed from offer to completion with minimum stress. They communicated regularly with myself, the buyer and solicitors dealing with queries from all parties quickly. I would certainly recommend Just Property to any prospective buyer or seller.

Thank you so much to Paul, Jim and all the team at Just Property for helping me to sell my Aunt’s flat. Dealing with probate after loosing a family member is stressful but everyone at Just Property was so kind, helpful, friendly and efficient it made the process so much more bearable. I highly recommend Just Property.

Just Property were great with our purchase on our first home! They were not at all 'pushy or sales like' towards us which made us feel more comfortable, start to finish. It was all new to us (obviously) and they explained every step of the process and reassured us throughout. We brought a house from a lovely man and they took care of him whilst putting our needs first too. The process was quite straight forward and relaxed and we complete within the next couple of weeks! Can't wait to be in our first home and Just Property helped us get the best value for our money and we will be forever grateful.

TrustpilotLived up to all expectations!
From our first meeting with Charles Perez we knew that Just were going to be our choice of agent to sell our property in Guestling. They have lived up to all expectations and the property sold within five days and the transaction was completed within four months. We have been kept constantly informed of progress with regular updates from the team. It has been a real pleasure to deal with them and I would be very happy to recommend their services.

The property buying and selling process is needlessly stressful, especially when in a chain. Dealing with Just Property made the buying of our property a little easier. Efficient and kind throughout. Thank you.

TrustpilotThank you Just!!
From the start, the whole buying process with Just Property has been a pleasure. All the team has been highly professional but at the same time always personal, warm and welcoming. They supported us and kept us informed throughout. The office itself gives out a warm and positive feel, and the team clearly enjoy the satisfaction of clients moving into their new home.

TrustpilotProfessional but human!
I can honestly echo the immense positivity found in the reviews for this company. From the first contact, to eventual completion they were nothing but excellent. The property selling process is unnecessarily stressful - while there is nothing that can be done to remove the underlying tension, the care and tenacity of Just Properties made it all ever so slightly more tolerable.Totally worth their (reasonable) fee! I will almost miss the phone calls and weekly progress emails (although I am obviously delighted it's all completed successfully). Particular thanks must go to Ben and Jo :)

Very unimpressed and have now arranged to go with different agent
Hello Lorraine, We now think its prudent to inform the public that we actually found you a buyer who proceeded to buy your house! Sadly you have advised that you were unimpressed with us, however we feel that we provided you with a professional service and achieved what we set out to do and found you the buyer! We wish you all the best.

TrustpilotOur hero's!
In June 2019 we put our house on the market with Just Property. We made a bee line for THE only house we wanted, that happened to be with Just Property too. By August 2019 we had completed and were in! All in 3 months! Just Property were amazing, lightening fast, fantastic communication throughout the entire process, professional, warm, friendly, totally on our level and human! They even helped rehome the fish in the garden, for goodness sake! Totally above and beyond and we felt like we were in the right hands from the start to finish. Smooth operators! Thank you Just Property, we love our new house! Cheers to 2020 and all the best, Emma and Anna
