TrustpilotAbove and beyond service.
Have to say that the help from Jim was exceptional. The whole team are very professional and found us a buyer very quickly, then sold their house for them as well. Above and beyond the call of duty is the service delivered especially by Jim who is now known as the Milk Tray man in our house. You really wont find another estate agent this good anywhere else.
Hilarious! Thank you Barbie :)

TrustpilotThis is my 3rd time using Just Property…
This is my 3rd time using Just Property Hastings (once as a buyer, twice as a seller). Each experience has been consistent in terms of quality of service. Compared to other estate agents they excel at good communication, not just with me but with all parties within the property chains I've been involved in. They are proactive and enthusiastic, whilst being straight forward and realistic. I never had to chase for assistance, they were always ready and willing to jump in and get a sale done whilst other parties lost enthusiasm or were chasing their tails. I believe they've gone above and beyond each time I've worked with them. Special thanks to Jim Philcox. Most other estate agents would really need to raise their game to match Just's. I wouldn't consider using anyone else locally, and highly recommend them. Thanks, Martin
Amazing review, thank you! We appreciate your loyalty!

TrustpilotTop quality experience!
We recently bought and sold a property with the Bexhill branch of Just Property. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They kept us informed and were both professional and friendly. This is by far the best experience we have ever had from an estate agency firm.
Thank you

TrustpilotCannot fault Just Property
Cannot fault Just Property, Ben Davey went above and beyond what was expected of him even though he wasn't actually our estate agent. He gave us information at least two days before our own agent and chased ours up if he thought they were lagging behind. We would certainly recommend them considering they were the agents for the people we were buying from and always there on the end of the phone to answer any questions. Brilliant. Sheila and John Lemon.
We are so happy we got there for you! We wish you all the best :)

TrustpilotExcellent service
All the staff I dealt with were helpful and professional, once my offer was accepted Ben Davey was responsible, all through he kept me up to date with at least one e mail per week and others as required. He was of great assistance when I could not collect the keys on completion and liaised with a friend to enable him to collect on my behalf.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any future buyers or vendors.
Thank you Ian.

TrustpilotExcellent service
I cant thank Ben enough for all his help in securing a beautiful new home for me. While selling my own property and having a few hiccups along the way Ben made sure that things continued smoothly offering support when things became stressful and keeping me updated. You cant ask for better estate agents.
Thank you Ann :)

TrustpilotBest Estate Agents in Hastings
I interviewed three estate agents when I was putting my property on the market and Kyle from Just Property was head and shoulders above the rest. He gave me a good honest opinion and promised the kind of service I was looking for at a competitive price. Top quality marketing led to a sale within a very short space of time, but not only that, it was at a price of £10k more than I was hoping for. During the conveyancing process they went above and beyond in dealing with a difficult and pompous buyers solicitor, with Jim providing a solution to a ridiculous non issue with the help and support of his network of contacts. If you're looking to sell a property in Hastings it's a no brainer. Go and see the guys at Just Property. They certainly delivered on their promise to me. Oh and thanks to Tom in the office as well for all your help.
Great review, thank you ever so much for sharing :)

TrustpilotAn Estate Agent who actually does what they say they will do !
This company is not like any other Estate Agent. They actually care about achieving the very best for you, from the moment you make contact with them. Colin assured me from the start that his team would do the best for me, my parents, and the selling of their property. So when the lovely Charles came to value the property, I could sense the integrity of this company. All conversations and dealings with the team including Issey, Tom, Ben, Paul and Austen, were very warm and friendly, yet always professional. There was a difficult complication in the chain which was in fact out of the control of Just Property, and yet Jim (perhaps …... Bond !) made it his 'mission' to relentlessly communicate with all parties agents and solicitors to ensure that a smooth and effective result was achieved. I have bought and sold about 12 properties in my time, and have never seen anyone operate quite like this. He is like that dog with a bone ! and he won't let go until its sorted. This proved essential in fact in our case to secure the deal. I would recommend this company 100% to sell or buy from, and they are such nice people to deal with that I feel I made new friends too. Many thanks to everyone at JP.

I have recently purchased a house through just property. I wanted to thank Paul and Jim for all their help throughout the process. It was not the easiest of sales and they kept me in the loop and were supportive when my own agent wasn't. Highly recommended!!

TrustpilotCouldn’t recommend Ben and all the guys…
Couldn’t recommend Ben and all the guys at Just Property enough! From start to finish Ben has given us help and advise and even went above and beyond with regards to our sales progression even taking over from the other estate agents in the chain to get the sale pushed through without a hitch! He always picked up the phone or emailed and we knew if we had any queries he would put our mind at ease!! Have recommended to all my friends and family and would always use Ben and the team for any future moves we may have. He’s an absolute star!
:) GREAT REVIEW :)

TrustpilotGoing the extra mile!
Jim and the team went beyond the call of duty in helping me liaise with the vendor once I'd found the house I wanted to buy. House buying is rarely straightforward and the team at Just Property were always helpful, friendly and efficient. Thanks for everything!

WOW What can I say about Just Property? Professional, friendly, helpful..... the list goes on. I couldn't of asked for a better Estate Agent! I have used Just Property many times and I would 100% recommend them.We had a particularly difficult sale this time but Jim as usual had the ability to not only calm me down but also the buyer when things were looking rough. Just call him Dr Jim.
