Without Dee I would have been lost. I was sorting out a rental for a family member and had limited time to spend in the Gainsborough area. The credit checks alone with a rival agent in town would have taken 2-3 weeks to finalize... yet all I had to do with Dee is give her a copy of my tax return, and we were good-to-go about 12 hours after that. She is very flexible and provides a bespoke service. Very people-orientated. This means so much in a world where we are increasingly at the mercy of AI driven systems that spit out 'computer says No' responses.
