A great experience all round buying our new house through Just Property in Hastings. They listened well to what we wanted and found us a great selection of properties to look at. Communication was always first class and a special shout out to Hugh who showed us enthusiastically round Hastings. I would definitely recommend them for their excellent service and integrity at all times!

Just exchanged today :) from the beginning Charles has been really helpful and helped us secure our dream home working with us, Issey keeping us up to date with potential buyers for our current home. all the other members of the team with updates and mostly big thanks to Ben for all his help and keeping on top of the whole chain, even those with other agents. I would say we will use again but we plan to live in our new home for a very long time :) would 100% recommend Just Property to anyone. Thank you from Dan and Anna x

Definitely the most hard working estate agents in Hastings. I bought through them, a lengthy process that took over 6 months due to a very difficult seller who kept trying to bypass the agents. However, they persevered and were professional, personable and persistent throughout. I have already recommended them to several friends selling and buying in the area and will continue to do so. The positive experience actually changed my perspective on estate agents for the better.

It is a real pleasure to be able to say, to express our thoughts about our experience with Just Property. On the 12th March my Wife and I invited Charles Perez, from Just Property, to our home for a discussion regarding the sale of out property in Pine Avenue, Hastings. Charles talked us through the whole procedure and associated costs without any pressure for us to sign on the dotted line. We were impressed with his presentation and had no hesitation in giving him the go ahead to proceed with marketing our property. Firstly, and very quickly, a photographer arrived and took many photographs which when we saw them, were both very impressed with and together with the brochure, we were delighted. Absolutely fantastic ! I did ask myself why on earth am I selling this amazing property! In the first 2 weeks we had 6 viewings and the following Monday we had an offer on our home. The following day we had sold our property and were amazed it had been so quick, but obviously very delighted. All of the staff were working on our behalf and we were kept up to date throughout. Just Property Sold our Home. We move next week. Some may call the staff at Just Property in the Old Town, Hasting, GOOD. We will always refer them as " THE "A" TEAM " and as far as we are concerned, in the property market, " THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST ". Better than all the rest. We would like to award them 6 out of 5. Jim and the team, You are all Stars. THANK YOU.

I have managed to buy what became a very difficult house purchase that has taken around 10 months. Throughout this process Just Property have kept enthusiastic and were fantastic in arranging damp surveys, giving advice, all in an efficient calm and friendly manner that kept me going! I would have no hesitation in recommending them for their professional and effective service.

We brought our flat through just property about 12 years ago and just sold it through them. On both occasions they were professional , honest , reliable and dedicated to ensuring a smooth sale. The most impressive part for me has been their regular communication and how so many team members know and care about the status of our recent sale. I had other valuations from other agents, but hand on heart , id never use or recommend anyone above just property!!! Amazing team of people , who went over and above our expectations.

Myself and partner just purchased our first house through Just Property, and couldn't be happier with the level of service we received! They where able to accommodate a viewing on the day of enquiry. Negotiation and offers is always a difficult one, the seller wants the most, you want to buy for the least, but Just Property and Tom in particular where honest and made the whole viewing and negotiation process simple and painless! Also Ben was very helpful in keeping us up to date with proceedings, and if you had a question was very quick and knowledgeable with his response. Overall awesome experience and both very very happy!

After speaking to multiple agents in our local area we decided on Just Property to market our house. From the outset, the team at 'JP' made us feel at ease, put together an attractive brochure with great photography and very quickly arranged a buyer for our property. Unfortunately, it took us a while to find a property to suit our family. Paul and Ben were very supportive and put us under no pressure at all to progress the sale. Once we did finally find a property the team worked hard on our behalf to progress the purchase. I would without hesitation use JP again and recommend them to anybody looking to sell or purchase a property.

Having used Just Property when I relocated here, they were my first choice of estate agents to sell my property. They are in my opinion, the best agents to use... They have vast knowledge of the local area, are friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. They are a great team & all so helpful but I have to mention that Ben Davey has been exceptional ... Going above & beyond to progress my sale, his expertise is second to none!!! I would thoroughly recommend Just Property to anybody, whether buying or selling as they really know their stuff and genuinely want to get the best outcome for you. That personal touch, combined with them being experienced professionals in their field, is a great combination. A huge thank you to Ben for working so hard on my sale and getting the result I wanted, top man, top estate agents, thank you Just Property!! Maggie & family xx

Just Property Estate Agents were truly brilliant

Just Property Estate Agents we’re truly brilliant! They dealt with the sale of my property with absolute professionalism. Issey and the rest of the guys were absolutely superb. From the point of the sale being agreed Jim took over and dealt with things so smoothly I felt at ease with the whole process. No stress at all!! One of the conditions of the sale was that my garden pond had to be clear of fish as the buyers has a cat. Jim and Issey came to my property one evening after work and ‘fishgate’ took place. Jim was in the pond with my son catching fish which Issey then re-housed and apparently the fish are loving their new home. Thank you guys, it has been a pleasure from start to finish!! Definitely above and beyond the course of duty for ANY estate agent!!

Wonderful!

I was fortunate enough to buy my house through Just Property who were brilliant then, and when it came to selling it later on down the line there was no question of using them again. Jim Philcox, in particular, was a true professional who was always at the end of the telephone to answer any queries or concerns. The company as a whole were always warm, friendly and reassuring. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend their service to others.
