TrustpilotEfficient and friendly
They are very efficient and worked hard to help us sell the house. Their communication is really good. They're also very friendly and nice to work with, keen without being pushy. Definitely recommend in the Hastings area.
Hello Abigail, Thank you for leaving us a review! Kind Regards JP

I didn’t end up buying through JP, but I wish I did!! The service they provided me when looking for my first property was at a different level compared to other agents!! They are efficient, replied to my emails quickly and are always able to help with questions I had. I can see how hard they work, as I walked past their office at 7 whilst they were having their morning meeting!!!!- CRAZY. Special mention too issey, who was always able to arrange a day of viewings at short notice :))
Thank you for your kind words Harry.

TrustpilotA very professional service
A very professional service. Tom our negotiator was straightforward honest and great guy to deal with. Much more 'old school' than some of the companies we have dealt with.
Thank you for your kids words :)

It's been a very nice experience dealing with Just Property. Right from the beginning from viewings onwards I was kept fully informed and I got a good feeling that everything was being done as quickly and efficiently and with as little hassle as possible. From start to finish it has been a smooth experience and to be honest beyond my expectations. Apart from that everyone has been very friendly and professional ,so many thanks to everyone in the Hastings office- 5 star service!
Thank you for sharing your experience with using us at JP, we wish you all the best :)

TrustpilotBest Estate Agents Ever!
I have today exchanged contracts and am looking forward to moving house next week. This is the second time I have used Just Property and because I had such a fantastic experience with them last time, they were my first and only choice of estate agents to use when selling my home this time. They are professional but with a personal touch, they have fantastic knowledge of all the local areas and are always happy to help and offer advice. All of the team at Just Property are friendly and helpful, but Ben Davey has been exceptional! He has gone above & beyond to progress my sale, keeping me constantly updated and reassured, he was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Just Property to anybody local, or anybody from further afield who is looking to relocate here as I did, as they are, without question, the best. Thank you to Ben & all the team at JP!!!!
Thank you very much for the detailed review about Just Property. We rely of people like yourselves to share your experiences!

I have managed to buy what became a very difficult house purchase that has taken around 10 months. Throughout this process Just Property have kept enthusiastic and were fantastic in arranging damp surveys, giving advice, all in an efficient calm and friendly manner that kept me going! I would have no hesitation in recommending them for their professional and effective service.
so happy we got there in the end!

Just Property have just helped us buy our first property. I found their service to be excellent even if, as the buyers, they weren't technically working for us. Communication great, and they were willing to go the extra mile to help us exchange in the face of some real poor show on behalf of the solicitors. Highly recommended.
Thank you for sharing your experience Jason!

Trustpilotbuying and selling
We brought our first house through just property which was a great experience and we turned our house into our home. 4.5 years later we needed to upsize our home and again just property brokered our deal with professionalism and humility which you need as selling and buying was so much harder than just buying. So thank you for your help
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a great review!

TrustpilotA Great Local Estate Agent
We bought our house through Just Property and found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable local estate agents. They remained actively involved after the sale was agreed and kept us informed about issues and delays that were encountered during the process, liaising with other agents and lawyers to move things forward. Although we have no plans to sell at present, if we did, we would definitely use Just Property.
Thank you for the review :)

Having brought through just property I decided to give my flat sale over to them, from start to finish what a great service I recieved from Ben Colin and the team at jp. Look forward to using you again soon keep up the good work!!!

Fantastic service as ever for our recent sale. Having used Just Property for a number of purchases and sales over the years I can honestly say I won't consider using anybody else. The service they provide is head and tails over any other agent I have had experience of, I don't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
