All through the moving process both buying and selling with Just Property, Ben at the Bexhill branch, has worked hard contacting solicitors, keeping us informed promptly and explaining everything clearly. TrustpilotJust No!
I found the entire experience with Just Property in Hastings traumatic. I was promised a level of service that did not materialise once l had signed up. They lost the key to my front door and for weeks did not try to find it. I guess ringing my front door bell trusting l was in worked for them, but I still have not had my key returned. I was given somebody else's key. I feel unsure their screening process is up to scratch, l have a two bedroomed flat, one bedroom being a boxroom, but a family of five were sent to view. The kids were not wearing masks and running around touching everything. During a pandemic and with the rule of six in place there were seven of us in my flat. That felt stressful.

TrustpilotThe absolute best
I’m not sure how to express how excellent our experience was with Just Property. Their knowledge and tenacity is astounding, they’re excellent communicators and you can also have a laugh with them when things get challenging. We had a super bad experience with a national chain agent previously - there is not a single reason why you would choose that over somewhere like Just Property.

TrustpilotAmazing service
Really great experience with just property. Ben Davey was excellent. He gave us constant communication and worked non stop throughout. He really helped us along, especially as we were first time buyers. Thank you!

TrustpilotJust Professional
As purchasers we have found the team at Just to be particularly approachable and professional. They take the trouble to understand what a buyer is looking for and to show them suitable property. Of course this is the best for sellers too, ensuring that sales run smoothly. Top marks to Just for good communication throughout, and we appreciate the part they have played in our move to the coast.

TrustpilotAmazing service!
Just Property have been amazing throughout our purchase experience. Appointments easy to make and Colin who showed us round many times was always friendly and patient! The negotiators worked incredibly hard for us on securing our purchase. Special thanks to Ben who worked tirelessly to progress a very complicated chain and who ultimately pushed forward our exchange. I wish we'd used Just Property for our sale too and will certainly do so in the future having seen the impeccable service they provide.

We completed our purchase on 1st September 2020. Just Property were great to deal with. The staff are very friendly and competent. We never felt rushed when viewing a property and the agents would look into any questions we had. We fully recommend Just Property. If ever we decide sell we will certainly choose JP.

TrustpilotJust Property - a great team of professionals
I would just like to thank all of the staff at Just Property for excellent service they provided during the sale of my wife's late uncle's property. They continually liased between ourselves, solicitors and the buyers and helped with other aspects of the transaction quickly and efficiently. Everyone was most helpful.
