Oustanding help and support from all the team.

Outstanding help and support from all the team at Just Property. They are very cooperative and helpful, and worked hard to ensure we had an outstanding experience. The team also helped in offering names for a survey of the house we were buying, and liaised between us and the sellers to ensure a successful outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Nothing short of AMAZING

The support and assistance we received from Just Property was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning of the process Graham provided professional help and advice and we felt confident with placing the property in their capable hands. The whole team have your interest at heart and all were helpful. Once we received an offer we were then put onto Ben. He went above and beyond with his help and assistance. Kept true to his word and we were kept up to date throughout. We cannot thank Ben and the team enough for dealing with the sale. Having to sell your families forever home was daunting but thanks to Just Property it was a really seamless process. We wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. Perfect in every way.

Thanks to Paul, Tom, Jim and the rest of the team at Just, we finally completed on our house purchase. We had a rollercoaster ride to get there with houses falling through left right and centre. But the team at Just made it their personal mission to find us our dream home. Thank you everyone for making it happen. We are so happy in our new home.

The team were responsive to emails and communicated well. The only reason I have not scored 5 stars is that the lease length was inaccurate on the property information, which was a vital piece of info when making our offer. Our estate agent required this from our leasehold property before it was advertised for sale online. I suggest Just Property do the same in the future, to ensure potential buyers have accurate information before making offers and decisions on a purchase.

We’ve dealt with Just Property for years. They consistently provide a professional and friendly service. They keep us constantly updated on the sales / purchase process and their team are always available to answer any questions when needed. They’re in my eyes the best, most consistent agency you could deal with in the area.

Excellent service throughout the purchase

I have just purchased a flat sold by Just Property. Ben kept me up to date along the way and chased the solicitors when needed. I really appreciated his fast responses to questions and providing a link between myself and the buyer. I was also very impressed with the agent who showed me the property. They were engaged and enthusiastic which is more than I can say for other firms in Hastings. I would recommend using them if you are selling a property as the brochure was also really good. They provide a very professional service.

Buyer's appreciation

I've just bought a house marketed by Just Property. They weren't acting on my behalf but Ben kept in touch with me and provided explanations where required and was diligent in trying to keep things moving when the solicitors appeared to be going slow. It still took an inordinately long time but I appreciated his helpfulness and good humour. My impression was that this was a company which provided good, personal service. If I were selling I would certainly check out their offer.

First Class Service

I have experienced Just Property for both buying and selling and can wholeheartedly recommend them. I have just sold my property with them and I can't praise them enough. I had two sales fall through due to Covid and throughout my time with them they kept me constantly updated on viewings, feedback, solicitors etc. Everyone in the company is helpful and friendly from initial valuation, to viewings, liaising with solicitors and completion and they kept me going through some very stressful times. I am very grateful to the Team for both their professionalism and expertise and also for their support and positivity.

Thoroughly Recommend!

Just Property were a pleasure to deal with throughout. We purchased our house through them; we knew very little about the area and we were in lockdown but they made it so easy...they kept things ticking along and were also able to recommend a surveyor and a builder to carry out some work for us. As a previous reviewer said they dealt with matters in a professional and honest manner. Despite the stress and difficulty of lockdown, they were an amazing team!

Just Property, pleasure to deal with

Just Property were a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. We purchased our house through them in what was quite a big (relocation) move for us and they dealt with matters in a professional and honest manner. Their aftersale service was brilliant, with special thanks to Ben who kept us up to date and remained very calm and professional in what ended up being a very stressful situation. Great team!
