An estate agent that does what they say they will do which in my experience is rare. Great communication, always available, friendly team. Have used their services a few times and they have been great each time.

We have bought and sold through Just Property a number of times, and always find their service to be excellent. They fully understand the process of buying a house doesn't just stop when an offer is accepted, and they are always on hand to ease the often tricky process of dealing with the solicitors and others involved. Their staff are very friendly, polite and communicate well. We have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks all!

TrustpilotJust completed and very happy
We just completed on a house in the Old Town. From start to finish Ben (Davey) was really helpful and kept our purchase moving along, letting us know what was going on at every stage. I'd really recommend Just Property as agents (and I've used quite a few.) A nice touch was a bottle of prosecco and a welcome box with various discount voucher in it.

TrustpilotGreat service
We have just completed a sale and purchase and are currently going through another sale. We have had to go through a difficult process with two sets of buyers dropping out at the last minute as we were attempting to hold on to the purchase of the house that we desperately wanted. Throughout the process the Just team have been unfailingly friendly, patient, reassuring and generally extremely helpful. They have always kept us up to date and been readily available to discuss progress. We would happily use them in future and recommend their service to others.

TrustpilotExcellent service!
We have been really pleased with the service we have received from Just Property. We have just exchanged on our new home and it certainly wasn’t plain sailing! However, we felt in such good hands along the way and can’t fault the way that Just Property managed the sale. One thing we really noticed was how pleasant the experience was to put in an offer - we were made to feel valued and respected throughout the process and not belittled, patronised or pushed like we were made to feel by other local agents. Ben was just amazing to us right up until exchange and handled all our queries. He communicated brilliantly and never left us wondering what was going on. He went above and beyond to get us to exchange and we are so grateful. The office is always pleasant to contact and as buyers, we couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thank you Ben & the team! Jess & Jack

TrustpilotThank you Just Property for everything!
From the moment Charles came round at our first meeting we knew we were in good hands. We had 26 viewings, all appointments booked with us in good time and constant contact and feedback. Issie also gets a mention here, glad she was working for us ...a great negotiator, constant updates and achieved to result we wanted.Once we had accepted an offer, Ben took over dealing with everything.Everything so smooth, nothing a problem. They really have earned every penny of their fee, we’re absolutely delighted.Top Class !

TrustpilotThe only only company I would recommend...
Sold our home for us 2 years ago and had such a good experience that it was an obvious choice to sell another property through them. Very professional, friendly, helpful and keep you up to date throughout the process. Nothing seems too much trouble. Now sold this one for us. An excellent team to deal with. Would recommend above all all others.

TrustpilotThe Kind of Estate Agents I Needed
Just Property are exactly the kind of estate agent I needed to act for me when selling my house and purchasing another property in the same area of East Sussex. They have a very professional approach and take the time to listen to their clients, and in my experience they went the extra mile to help us with the buying and selling process. As a company Just Property are pleasant, personable and helpful to deal with, and were very knowledgeable regarding the different types of property their agency handles. I’m happy to say that their excellent service met all of our expectations and would thoroughly recommend them to handle the buying and selling of your home.

TrustpilotHighly recommended
Highly recommended. Good at what they do, even in the dark times of 2020 the property sold literally within a few weeks at most, and follow-up through the completion process has been very good. Have no reason to complain, and can recommend as a professional company.
