TrustpilotBrilliant Estate Agents! (Not 3 words I ever thought I'd use together!) ;)
Having sold and bought properties with Ben and the team at 'Just' I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars and will recommend them to all my friends and family. You get the impression they really care about their client's well being, at what can often be a very trying time! Good communications throughout and Ben was always happy to take the time to talk us though what was going on at every stage of the process.

I would definitely recommend, their office is in the old town well worth a visit if new to the area as very knowledgeable about Hastings and st Leonards areas

TrustpilotFirst Class Service
Great Agents. We contacted three Agents. One didn't send us any properties and were never heard of again. We saw one property with another Agent, never heard of again. We travelled over 200 miles to see a property with Just Property, but were far too late. No problem, they rearranged the viewing for us and we bought the house. Liam was very helpful on the phone, Graham at the viewing, Paul helped us through initial negotiations and Ben was extremely proactive. Not only updating us on his end, but letting us know how our Solicitor was progressing and making numerous calls to the Vendor.Local knowledge is outstanding and Graham helped us with the high tech gadgets. 😀We were very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism through out. Thank you all.We would not hesitate to recommend Just Property.

We have worked with Just Property a lot, and they remain our agency of choice if we can. They’ve got a great long-standing team, where everyone is aware of the comings and going’s so you always get a helpful and friendly service. They manage expectations which is always appreciated given sales and purchases are stressful, and are always approachable and professional. Couldn’t be more highly recommended.

Ben Davey and his team were really good, friendly but professional. Ben in particular kept me updated and informed during what turned out to be an unnecessarily protracted and frustrating conveyancing experience, COVID or no COVID. He was a very effective conduit to share information with my buyers when the legal route to do this was problematic.

Quite possibly the best agents we have ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble and the boys even did a walk through video so my husband could see what we are buying! If we ever decide to sell Just Property would be our first port of call.
