The best estate agents in Hastings!

Just Property are Just Brilliant! All their staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We had a long, and at times fraught, house selling process but the staff at JP were always on hand to offer help and advice, or just some comfort and reassurance. They worked very hard to sell our house and their efforts and persistence have paid off. They fully deserve recognition for all that they have done for us.

12 months to complete but they were great throughout

Our contact with Just Property was helpful in buying a flat in a process that took 12 months (the sellers were the source of the delay).Much hand holding of the other party was required but this was done with sensitivity and, when needed, with some bluntness to get us across the finish line.Everyone was happy at the end of the very long process.

Splendid service with very good communication. A relatively short chain. Ben and his colleagues kept me fully informed and checked in regularly. Very happy with their service, especially as it's the first time I've dealt with a move via estate agents.

Great team

Paul, Ben and the team worked extremely hard to get our purchase over the line. They were always helpful, polite and patient and did a lot of necessary liaising between solicitors, us and the sellers. Really don't think the purchase would have gone through if it wasn't for their tenacity. Many thanks

What a team!

What a team! We have had quite a rollercoaster ride with the sale of our house, but Just Property took it all in their stride. They were friendly, patient, hardworking, un-flappable and communicative. They kept in contact with my solicitor to smooth any wrinkles, and kept us up to date and in the loop at all times. All negotiations were fair and transparent and got us the deal we were after. Thanks again for all your hard work Ben and team at Just Property! We can’t wait to start unpacking...

Strongly Recommend

I recently sold my property with Just Property and couldn't be happier with their service. I was initially swayed by the marketing package offered by Knight and Knoxley but when they failed to sell our property after a number of months and made a number of errors, we decided to go back to Just Property. Not only did Just Property sell the property for us immediately (and have several offers on the table), but they were a delight to deal with. They are an honest bunch with real integrity. They try their best to get the highest price but also know the market well and will be frank and fair with both buyers and sellers. I couldn't recommend more and would only use them if I were to sell in Hastings again. Thank you.

Calm, cheerful, and can do!

Great service, guided us through a process new to us during a difficult lockdown with teeth-grindingly long mortgage and conveyencing lead times. Their helpfulness reassurance and positive approach was much appreciated and took a lot of stress out of the purchase process.

Professional agent Barbara

I write as a competing agent where I had the privledge of dealing with Barbara Ingerish where she introduced a purchaser to a development my company Rawson Properties was marketing. I found her at all times to be extremely professional and was privy to the excellent service she gave to her purchaser during the transaction.

A long and successful campaign

I have used three estate agents over two years to sell my 200 year-old house. Just Property has been the best of the three - with polite, coordinated and timely support. And helpful informed advice during difficult patches. The team have certainly earned their commission.

Excellent service

Everyone at just property were very professional and communication was excellent. Particularly Paul from hastings office and Ben from Fairlight office we're my main contacts and they really looked after my purchase and kept me informed all the way. I felt nothing was too much trouble. The whole team we're always very polite and helpful. I had a few viewings on different houses but the team really understood what I was looking for and I never felt pushed by anyone. They really just kept in touch trying to find the right house for me. Would highly recommend.

Having Just bought a property through them we would thoroughly recommend Just Property. From our first telephone call right through to purchase and beyond they have been professional and efficient. Ben Davey especially worked very hard to move things forward and was always available to answer queries and responded very quickly to emails and phone calls.
