TrustpilotJust Property were the dream agents to…
Just Property were the dream agents to buy a property from. We were searching for the right place when it was more of a seller's market. They were really helpful from our first contact and the people were just lovely. They were efficient and helpful by email and in person. They helped us too to get our estate agents in London a bit more mobilised! Really lovely people who do a good job. They patiently sent our many messages to our vendors on many occasions. If ever we need to sell the house we have bought in Icklesham (which we hope we never will!) then we would go straight to Just Property for sure.

GoogleNo competition in the village so they don't have to try too hard to please potential clients and they know it.

Thank you for your review, which I think is actually a little harsh and unnecessary, as its not our fault that we are the only agent that has an office in the village? We are an independent local agent that works very hard, we also support/sponsor the majority of events in Fairlight so that we remain involved and give back to the community. If you were to look around Fairlight you would see lots of our for sale and sold boards, and we have dealt with many happy customers over the years. Unfortunately I cannot see your full name and cannot check whether you have ever dealt with us, but if you do have any complaints then please feel free to contact us on Fairlight@justproperty.net and we would be more than happy to look into this or try to resolve your concerns. Kind Regards, Just Property.
EDIT: Three days have now passed since we replied to your review and we have not heard back from you, perhaps you would now like to remove your review as you clearly do not have a complaint against us? Thanks very much.

TrustpilotBen and Tom were extremely friendly
Ben and Tom were extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish, they broke everything down into easy to understand information in a very professional non patronising way (I asked some really dumb questions). This is not the first time my family have used this company and would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone looking to buy or rent a property! Thank you to all at Just property for another smooth sale!

TrustpilotSelling through Just Property
We’ve bought and sold through Just Property on two occasions, most recently exchanging and completing in time to meet the stamp duty holiday deadline. The reason we went back to Just Property is because we have found them to be thoroughly professional - they know the business and the local property market inside out. Communication is brilliant, not just with us, but ensuring everyone involved in the chain, including solicitors are fully informed every step of the way - it gave us confidence that if anything was looking like it might go wrong or be delayed, they were on top of it to avert disaster! We dealt with Tom throughout our recent sale, but others in the office were up to speed if ever there was an occasion we couldn’t get hold of Tom (occasionally he would have a day off! Although he often still responded to our emails). We would recommend Just Property to anyone considering selling there property - they made what can be a very stressful process much easier, from the initial appointment to discuss our sale and put our house on the market right through to exchange and completion.

TrustpilotKept their heads
An awful lot of complex legalities arose during this sale. The vendor was growing more and more impatient over issues that they didn't think were issues [particularly when it looked like the chain was going to collpase. All in all, a bit of a nightmare. However, the team at Just Property were able to reassure everyone and keep them sweet, despite this going right to the wire. The only thing I'd fault them on is being a little bit pushy in the first instance and not quite appreciating that I needed time to think. So that accounts for 4 stars.

TrustpilotHaving not received a single offer…
Having not received a single offer after 6 months with one of the big two international estate agents - they advised us to come off the market for the Autumn! We instead went on to the market with Just Property on the advice of a good friend. Within the first week they found us a buyer. Everyone we dealt with at Just Property was highly professional, friendly and thoroughly efficient. We would use this company again without hesitation.

TrustpilotRelocated from Hertfordshire to Hastings with the best estate agent in the area
What a wonderful experience as a first time buyer relocating from Hertfordshire to Hastings, beginning to end. Arranged fast viewings, every staff member was professional, courteous & accommodating to changes. Local and lovely when shown properties. Communication on phone or email always informative. Replies was always reactive, quick, understanding and helpful. Ben proactively gave me progress updates on my buy, this gave me much confidence in what they do and the whole from offer to completion. Much trust was built from such a great service. Their approach is honest and they work with you. Brilliant estate agent with brilliant properties. Should I sell or buy again I would look to Just Property.

They also really go out of their way to ensure you get a good deal, both in selling and buying your property, and their engaging and friendly approach does much to calm the usual anxieties involved in house selling/buying.
