Just Property have changed the way I view Estate Agents. Dealing in a fair, efficient and friendly way, they were fantastic every step of the way for the purchase of our lovely house in Hastings. Thankyou to everyone of the team at Just Property for persevering through some headache moments!

All the staff at Just Property are professional and extremely proficient. I will definitely be using them next time. They kept me informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Best agents in my view in Bexhill and Hastings!

They need to vet their clients more thoroughly as we have just lost a lot of time and money trying to buy a property from some rogue sellers. Many calls to Just Property were not returned also. Thoroughly stressed.

TrustpilotExcellent team for Just Property in Fairlight.
The team at Just Property in Fairlight [and Hastings] were excellent and really helpful. Sadly I was the local executor for a lady friend and suggested to the other executor that we use Just as they had helped us with a fair valuation for probate. We, against their advice tried a higher price for the beneficiaries benefit and the team worked really hard with lot of viewings which they handled for me, but no offers as the asking price was too high for the current market. We adjusted the asking price and the team had so many viewings and offers that they requested for the prospective buyers to give full and final offers. This resulted in 5 offers within a few days.
Ahh thank you so much Lyn, very much appreciated!

GoogleI find their agents very friendly and responsive. They actually feel like they're trying to help you rather than just trying to sell stuff to you. They help sell a lot of lovely properties around Bexhill. They were also the quickest company to get in touch with me when I was enquiring. Update as of completion of sale: They were far more helpful and informative than the solicitors I used who were a nightmare! Very friendly and helpful the whole way with regular email updates and calls. They even gave me a bottle of wine when I picked up my keys. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotA great team effort in a difficult time.
In a difficult period Just Property organised many viewings and achieved multiple offers . They confirmed our thoughts in choosing who to go with and helped us push the deal along with Liam keeping us informed all the way .Well done to everyone in the team from pricing, viewing, administration and completion. It was not a smooth ride, in difficult circumstances with Covid, tax reductions and capacity restrictions throughout the system. But a great result was achieved.
Thank you for sharing the experience you had with JP!!

TrustpilotTotally recommend
I cannot fault this company, especially the hard work of Siobhan at the Bexhill branch. She made our sale go through with minimal stress and always kept us informed of everything. So if you are looking to sell your house then Just property is by far the best company to use.
Thank you for sharing your experience you had with the Bexhill Ladies :)

Trustpilot2nd time with Just
Perfect .. no grief, no hassles or surprises & regular updates. Sold our property on day one with a number of offers over the asking price .. thought this might happen, but wasn’t prepared for the amount of offers !Guided through all options professionally and in layman’s terms & discussing ideas that we hadn’t thought of. All of the team are a Huge asset to the Housing Market in Hastings. Used Just before & would not use anyone else in Hastings. Perfect.
Thank you Jude :) !

TrustpilotJust Fantastic
Just Property were Just Fantastic! When you sell your house in these covid times you have to put a lot of trust in your estate agent. Siobhan and Colin are just the people you want on your side. The quality of potential buyers were good.... so much so we sold within a week. We were updated regularly on appointments, feed back and the sales process. We didn't have to chase for anything. If we sell again we will definitely call Just Property

TrustpilotGood. Ish.
In general everyone was pleasant and professional, and despite a long and somewhat bumpy ride we got there in the end. However, it's only three stars because the busy housing market seemed to take their eyes off the ball. It felt as if they were constantly so busy, they weren't particularly engaged in getting my ouse sold at its best price; communication was at times pretty poor; and I never was sure who specifically was dealing with my sale - it seemed like every other time I rang or got an email i was dealing with a different member of staff. But, as I say, the guys (all guys) were friendly and engaging and the sale was eventually made.

Very pleasant experience dealing with the staff at JP who were helpful, friendly and efficient in managing the purchase of our new home in Fairlight.

TrustpilotOutstanding!
Outstanding!! Is the only way to describe the service I received with just property - from beginning to end I had 1 point of contact and she was fantastic I couldn’t of asked for better service. I have dealt with many agents before just property and the level of service was abysmal compared to what I received when moving over to just property. I wouldn’t move again with anyone else. Highly recommend!!

TrustpilotJust Property - definitely the best agents in town
Just Property both handled the purchase of my new home here in Hastings and numerous house viewings over a six month period. This was a big relocation move for us and the added stress was eased considerably by the professional, friendly service from all the staff we interacted with - especially Tom Williams and Liam Foster.If/when we plan to sell we would have no hesitation in using Just Property.

I'd like to echo the sentiments of the 97%. I have used Just Property three time over the years. They just do it properly at Just property. Kept me posted all the way and made what would normally be a stressful time more bearable. Whether you're buying or selling, if you want results without the flannel, these are the 'go-to' people. I recommend them without hesitation. A special thanks go to Charles and Ben. I won't be using them again but that's because they've made it possible for me to realise a lifelong dream of moving to the Scottish Highlands.
