TrustpilotFantastic team.
The sale of our house was a challenge. Colin and his team were brilliant they 'held our hand' throughout the process and went above and beyond with their help and making phone calls and chasing people. We cannot thank them enough for what they did for us. Would recommend them to everyone. Thank you all so much.

TrustpilotWe recently sold through Just Property
We recently sold through Just Property, a complicated sale involving a share of freehold, also a lease extension. The team at Just Property were extremely efficient from start to finish, with great communication and tenacity to keep everything moving on our purchaser's side. We thoroughly recommend Just Property and will not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent agents. Very quick and efficiant and kept me informed all the way. Very happy with Tom who had to work quite hard for this one! Would reccommend. Well worth their weight in biscuits.

TrustpilotReturning customers
We've bought and sold through Just Property a few times, most recently we sold our house in Fairlight. We returned to them again because Charles and Ben have always been terrific- very helpful and proactive. This time, they sold it before having time to draw up the details! Debbie at Fairlight was lovely and very helpful- paying attention to detail. Tom pushed things through in Charles's absence. As a team, they were on it. The whole process was very easy and painless and we got a good price. I'd recommend this company.

TrustpilotThe agents and team were lovely
The agents and team were lovely, the only thing I will say is initially the agent who came to value the house only turned up with a camera to take photos of the property, also wanting to list under the average sale price of the other properties on the street, it wasn't until we informed him of the sales of the street that the correct price was set, ideally it would have been better for them to have valued the property before wanting to take photographs.
