Trustpilothouse move
This is my first move and the staff were very helpful and kind. They kept me informed and answered my questions but did not pester me with un necessary emails which some other companies did.

TrustpilotJust Property - they do what it says on the tin.
We went to Just because we thought they would offer a personal service. They did. We went to Just because we thought they would make maximum efforts to sell our property. They did. We went to Just because we thought they would keep us 'in the loop'. They did. We are happy customers.

I contacted a few different agents when I was ready to sell my Flat and Just Property were by far the most professional and knowledgeable that I spoke with. I instructed them to sell two properties and Liam , Graham and Issey kept me up to date with offers and the subsequent sales process which at times was slow and frustrating but they did a great job in keeping it all on track.Nice people to deal with and unlike other agents, you get the same person rather than having to explain everything again to another newbie..Give them a try as they are a refreshing and positive agent.

TrustpilotA great team
A great team, led by Colin, provided an excellent service throughout. Communication was comprehensive and efficient at all times and Colin's experience and common-sense approach to the various little issues along the way was valuable and much appreciated. A word of praise, too, for Graham and Issey who were great.

TrustpilotA quality agent
Graham, Liam, Issey and Tom were all very helpful and they helped to make the sale process smooth and worry free. The sales market was very strong so I sold my house very quickly, but I got the impression that even if the market was slow that Just Property would have been the right agent to go with. A good quality service.

TrustpilotHow to make a house sale as painless as possible!
Having moved a few times we have learned how crucial the Estate Agent is in the process. We are so thankful to have chosen Just Property for our recent sale. In making a final choice as to which Agent to instruct it was the high quality of their website and presentation that sealed the decision. We were not disappointed in any way. 1. The valuation given was realistic and achievable. 2. Negotiations with prospective buyers were firm, fair and highly professional. 3. Tracking progress, answering endless questions and keeping us reasonably sane was always on their agenda! 4. Every contact with the firm was helpful, courteous and personal. Clearly they work together as an effective team. We couldn't give a higher recommendation

TrustpilotBrilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. Helping myself and my partner try and synchronise selling both our homes to buy a larger family home was a difficult ask, something that felt impossible in this current climate, much to our amazement, they pulled this off, much support and good humour throughout. Highly recommend them, without doubt, the best estate agents in Hastings by a mile!

TrustpilotThe personal touch, a gem of an Agency…
I recommend this agency for their care and personal touch, during my search for a flat they listened to my extremely specific requirements and managed to match me to the properties that were appropriate, they took the time to get to know me and literally did all they could to find my new home. At no time did I ever feel I was just another sale to them, thank you so much.
