TrustpilotDistance no object with JustProperty
I lived quite a distance from the property so the work that Tom and his team did suited me perfectly. At all times from valuation to completion, I was kept in the loop. Phone calls and emails were answered immediately. They were able to help with the many problems I encountered, and put me in touch with trustworthy professionals to solve those problems. Communications were always courteous and professional. Well done JustProperty!

TrustpilotCustomer service stinks!!!
All I read is about selling and buying and how good they are. Nope, I am sorry. Yes they will give you a good service off selling or buying a property because they get a lot of money out of it. But when renting through them they have the baddest customer service with that. I mean even if I rent why still not giving me the same service that you giving to someone that buys a house. Never calling back let someone else pick up the phone on your behalf because they are to scared to talk to you. Telling me that you will get me something else to stay in and that there is still time to get something else. Egnoring my phone calls. All of us we go to the same toilet or how can I say it, we also do the same thing on a toilet. Why would your @h#t be better than mine. Maybe stinks more than mine yes. But that does not make you better. Work on your customer service even if we only rent. I could rent till I find something I want to buy. I thought that Just property will be diffrent than other renting places. Very disappointed. Something to work on!!!

Thank you for your review, but it looks like you are based in South Africa and must have us confused with a South African company with the same name. We are based in Hastings, Uk. We do not deal with lettings at all, only sales. Please could you remove your review as it is not about our company. Thanks very much

TrustpilotHighly recommended!
Just Property were recommended to me by 2 people so I didn't hesitate to contact them. I live in France so had to leave my property completely in their hands. I am very impressed with their service. Siobhan was my main contact in the Bexhill office and I was constantly keeping me updated with progress both by email and phone from start to finish. Tina was also brilliant. I would highly recommend Just Property if you are considering selling your property!

They worked tirelessly to ensure that the sale went through and were in constant contact with everyone up and down the chain which was a huge reassurance! We couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and the personal touches and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in Hastings and the surrounding area.

TrustpilotAn angel by the name Shaunese Marais
I was almost homeless haven' had a bad experience with IHS. But an angel called Shaunese came to my rescue. The overtime she worked, extra effort of having my application summitted, and squeezing me into her schedule to hand over of the keys to a beautiful property in just 2 days was really a miracle. I wish her efforts will be noticed. She kept me calm through the process. Thank you so much to Just Property for employing her because she is amazing.

This was my best experience of estate agents in Hastings, having dealt with a few! Communication was polite, friendly and prompt, and they were never pushy or pestering. I would certainly recommend them to buyers, and if I decide to sell one day, I will definitely be doing so through Just Property.
